Good things first
1. spacious rooms
2. Good breakfast buffet

Need to improve things
1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned.
2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service.
3. customer baggage handling issues..too ***y people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Finally had a fun weekend at the hotel with amazing and delicious buffet.
Hospitality is also appreciated. It also has very great attractions nearby.

The worst experience ever. Rude and unprofessional staff. I called Country Inn and spoke with Mr. Gopal to book a Kily party package. He gave me a rate of INR 1900 for a couple. I called back in exactly 12 minutes to confirm the booking and Mr. Gopal changed the rate to INR 2000. That's an increase of INR 1400 as I was booking for 14 people. I then spoke with Mr. V***n, his senior who was so rude and insulting and was just giving the only reply that the rate has changed. How is it possible that the rate changed in 12 minutes? This is just a way to fleece the customer. Pathetic experience and highly rude and unprofessional staff. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Love country inn , Its always a lovely experience dining at the 64/6 Restaurant at the Country Inn & Suites Sahibabad. Excellent choice of vegetarian food and desserts. Yummy Tummy!! and best part staff is o polite and especially, Inder and Ajay

Good cleaning 👆 and decorations inside room we have ask for extra towels and water same was provided on time. Service was really impressive. Staff at this hotel has really good behavior special thanks to Vinod housekeeping was superb at all times.

Excellent hotel all round special mention to staff from reception who assist with an good service much needed.........we had buffet dinner, breakfast which was Excellent......all fresh food safe ,variety of veg food is so good room service

The hotel was okay, not a 5 star experience at all as stated. Service lacked in a few areas. Overall cleanliness was good and breakfast was decent however all vegetarian and options never change despite the hotel claiming it to be 5 stars. We probably not visit again if in the area and explore other options.
