Overall ok. Requested for dental stuff like toothbrush but no response. Overall below average for such hotel.

Location is unbeatable. Breakfast was nice as well :) however I left something behind after check out and when I emailed the hotel about it, I did not even get a response. Really disappointed :(

Very central and easy to find. Expensive parking as almost everywhere in cities. Breakfast and drinks were good.

Excellent hotel in a central location within Gent. Very friendly, helpful staff and good amenities including an outdoor pool, small indoor gym and sauna room which needs to be pre-booked. I felt breakfast was overpriced for what it was, I’d skip and eat out.

침구류와 수건에서 오래된 섬유유연제냄새같은 이상한 냄새가나고
주전자는 먼지로인해 사용할수없었습니다.
침대와 베게도 너무 불편했고
아침8시부터 바로앞에서 공사를 시작해 깊은잠을 잘수없었습니다.
대체적으로 청결하지않았고 너무 건조해서 얼굴에 빨개질정도였습니다.
하지만 위치와 직원들의 서비스는 좋았습니다!

地點優越，房間垃圾！
於ctrip 訂房日時看見酒店的外型，與現實看到的不同。
設備殘舊不堪，雪櫃是壞的！
加錢訂大床房，整體房間只有比較大，沒實質嘅不同。
感覺只是花多了錢，並沒實際的不同。我不會再建議訂這間酒店。

房間乾淨衞生，卧室的硬件還不錯，有個可以打開的長沙發，有冰箱。衞浴的硬件也不錯，但是不提供洗漱用品，洗臉枱上連放自帶香皂的盤子都沒有，衹有公用的洗手液，洗髮膏和沐浴液。漱口杯是一次性的紙杯，牙刷都放不穩。拖鞋就更不要想了。正門很難找，而且完全不是顯示的酒店外觀的樣子，攜程上的照片非常誤導人。下面的圖才是酒店真正的外觀。
