I booked a room with a terrace at this hotel for 5 nights, more than two months before the stay. We couldn't wait to spend it, as we were delighted by other suggestions from the various tourist platforms. Unfortunately, exactly on the morning of the stay, we were informed that the property canceled the reservation. It is true that we found it strange that they did not respond to any of the messages sent throughout the two months. No apologies, nothing. We had to pay extra, for a new accommodation taken in a hurry. It is inadmissible to cancel the reservation on the day of check-in. They should have paid the same penalties that they impose on customers who do not show up or cancel after booking. The costs of a new reservation are huge on the day of the stay. Totally disrespectful attitude towards the customer. I do not recommend! Elvira

Bellissimo... posizione invidiabile direttamente sulla scogliera..lontano dal caos ...camera grande con 2 affacci sul mare...frigo ..bagno piccolo ma ha tutto..no accappatoi ma asciugamani un po' ruvidi...pulizie giornaliere...personale gentilissimo e disponibile a realizzare ogni richiesta... colazione sulla terrazza panoramica vista sul mare e sull'Etna. Parcheggio gratuito avanti hotel..una camminata di 10 minuti trovate negozi ristoranti locali...occhio alle code..cercate di lasciare la macchina..darei più di 3 stelle all'hotel..

Ein schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel an einem Ende der Promenade von Gardini Naxos. Wir logierten zwei Tage dort und können mehrheitlich positives berichten. Sehr freundliches Service, wirklich nette Ambiente, gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig, sauber, mit kleinem Bad. Die Einrichtung dem Alter des Hotels entsprechend, mit kleinem Balkon auf dem man nachmittags schön sitzen konnte. Leider ohne Moskitonetze an den Balkontüren, sodass jede Menge Moskitos auch nachts ins Zimmer gelangten - Klimaanlage im Mai noch nicht eingeschaltet. Am felsigen Strand gab es zwei liegen, die man benutzen konnte. Alles in allem, im Mai trotz der Hellhörigkeit noch angenehm ruhig. Wenn Moskitos nicht so sehr stören, durchaus zu empfehlen.
