De service was heel erg hartelijk en vriendelijk. De B&B wordt door een hele lieve familie gerund. Wij kwamen laat aan door vertragingen, maar de eigenaar was speciaal voor ons daar gebleven om ons te ontvangen. Ontbijt wordt op bestelling voor je gemaakt, en je kunt van alles (onbeperkt) bestellen. De tuin van de B&B is groot en erg mooi. De directe omgeving is niet zo bijzonder, als je erop uit gaat kun je beter de auto nemen.

Miejsce bajkowe, fantastyczny ogród, cisza i spokój. Pyszne śniadania w ogrodzie z widokiem na Etnę, poczestowano nas nawet granitą i dzemami wlasnej roboty z owocow z ogrodu. Nigdy nie spotkaliśmy tak gościnnego gospodarza, czuliśmy się jak rodzina, a nie wczasowicze. Pokój romantyczny, bardzo czysty z tarasem wprost w ogrodzie. Bezpłatny parking na auto. Lokalizacja dla nas super, ale trzeba mieć świadomość że do centrum raczej podjeżdża się samochodem, na pieszo dosyć daleko.

We loved staying at B&B Villa Maria Giovanna. Francesco gave us a very warm welcome, complete with peach tea and a map of the area, site and restaurant recommendations. The rooms were comfortable and we loved the breakfasts in the midst of so many fruit trees and a perfect view of Mt. Etna. Gabriel was also very kind and friendly. On our last day, Francesco made us his amazing mango granita and gave us bags of nuts from his pecan tree. This is a very special place and a calm base. for visiting Taormina, Mt. Etna, and Giardini-Naxos.

Don’t let the modest exterior of the property fool you - Villa Maria Giovanna is a quiet little Garden of Eden perched above Giardini Naxos. The proprietor, Francesco, and his son Gabriel were gracious hosts, happy to provide restaurant information and site-seeing advice (including a good way for us to hike around on Mt. Etna without paying the stiff gondola fees). Our room was comfortable, with a small patio overlooking a corner of their beautiful garden, filled with over 20 different types of fruit trees and flowering plants. Guests can order a personalized breakfast online from an extensive menu, and (during temperate months) eat it on a large patio overlooking the garden, with Mt. Etna in the distance. The lobby includes an “honor bar” with wine and beer for guests, as well as a tiny refrigerator with complimentary, homemade limoncello you can sip on your way to your room. Francesco and Gabriel clearly take pride in their BnB and the quality of the service they offer guests. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. Tom/Abby

Really nice place for vacation! The owners Gabriel and his brother Emanuele are the most pleasant hospitable and friendly persons! Ready to help 24/7. Villa with a huge garden is really cool! The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Excellent breakfast with Etna view. I like such homelike places! 5 stars ***** Highly recommended!!!

Look no further! This is a hidden gem away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy city life. It is run by a lovely hard working family that will bend over backwards to make your holiday as easy as possible. Kudos to Emanuele and Francesco! You are the best! ＜3

BEST ACCOMMODATION EVER! LOVELY HOST: thank you so much GABRIEL! it was an absolute pleasure staying with you!AMAZING GARDEN: pecans, lemons, avocados, olives! EXCELLENT BREAKFAST: loved the mango granite a lot and also the cannoli! (the professor is a very good chef!)

Zeer mooie locatie. Goede kamers. Zeer fraai uitzicht op de Etna. Maar wat vooral de boventoon voerde was de gastvrijheid van Gabriel en zijn vader Francisco ongelooflijk hoe vriendelijk en behulpzaam hun zijn. Ontbijt voortreffelijk echt een dikke tien. Krijg veel informatie van de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden. 👍
