第一次遇到自己需要鋪床單的酒店，因為入住時沒有鋪床單和被罩，讓我們看到發黴的床墊，影響心情，沙發床非常糟糕，展開後大概衹有1米6，我躺下後腿還在外面，酒店前台16點才上班，雖然已在入住通知裏告知，但這是一種劣質服務的表現。這次入住體驗很差，不會再次預訂。

We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought milk, juice and some food for breakfast which froze everything!! There was an inner door and didn’t close properly we had to close the wooden door in front which makes the place feel Claustrophobic as the window was small. TV was a very small seems like a 14” monitor. Sofa had no cushions which was really uncomfortable to sit. Looks dirty. The departure instructions require us to take out our own garbage, take out all our used linen, towels, clean dishes and the floor. Towels were really old and doesn’t dry properly. Definitely not worth staying there again. One night seem too long. Positive point was the bathroom, tub seems new and water pressure is good.

Very good location for couple of nights. Clean rooms. People at the desk very helpful. Good location close to the golf. Walking distance from the Club House. Lot of occupation around the Birdie House.

The accommodation was very basic and disappointing. The apartment was so dark a light needed to be on all the time . There was no curtain on the lounge area where the sofa bed was therefore you were woken up early by the light . The main bed was so hard it gave me severe back ache for the whole 7 days . The sofa bed was stained . There was Costs that I think was unreasonable , ie having to pay for bed linen . Also I thought I had paid all tax’s but still had to pay more when arrived . Also when I asked for extra pillows they said this was not allowed i even asked if I could pay , still no .

Accueil souriant et agréable. Résidence au calme entourée de magnifiques montagnes. Proche du lac d'Annecy. Le logement n'est pas moderne mais fonctionnel. Pr le prix payé c'est correct. (Juste mettre des rideaux pour le studio du RDC car du passage devant les fenêtres) Voisins (trop) bruyants la première nuit. Problème résolu rapidement par le directeur. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine car trop de monde en cette période de vacances et nous préférons le calme avec notre petit bout. Prêt de chaise haute. Appareil à raclette et fondue. Pour le fromage. N'hésitez pas à aller à la fromagerie coopérative de Faverges. Pour du bon pain direction la tartine à doussard. Bio et cuit au feu de bois. Pour de la bonne viande Boucherie au delice de Savoie à doussard également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir mais pour un logement plus grand avec balcon.

Le lieu et l'accueil sont très bien Mais alors venir ici pour être au calme et finalement être voisin d'une famille non respectueuse des autres locataires de par leurs bruits et cris et ce même actuellement à 23h30! Merci à cette famille du B2 de nous gâcher notre première nuit de vacances. En espérant ne pas vous avoir comme voisins durant tout notre séjour. J'ai été polie quand je suis venue vous dire d'au moins fermer votre porte d'entrée pour limiter les bruits surtout pour notre bébé. Mais si les prochains jours rien ne change va vraiment falloir que la direction trouve une solution ou que vous appreniez le mot respect des autres !

Résidence agréable bien située proche d Annecy, a 30/40 min des stations de ski les Saisies endroit magnifique vu sur les montagnes ! Accueil super , logement confortable même si un petit rafraîchissement serait top! ( peinture jaunâtre dans les toilettes,tv très petite,matelas lit enfants aplatis) . Mais je vous recommande vraiment cette résidence les birdies !!

Lieu tres agreable,appartement au calme,vu sur la montagne,confortable,bien équipés, personnel tres agreable...tres belle region.proche lac d annecy.residence calme,parking,pisine interieur et exterieur,salle de jeu...tout est la pour passer un agreable sejour

Vacances très agréables en famille bien situé calme et paisible. Divers activités nous ont été proposés aux alentours. Super accueil et personnel avenant. Je recommande cette location si vous venez sur Annecy.
