My stay was warm and welcomed. All staff was amazing, both courteous and friendly. I stayed for an extend period of time and enjoyed all my time at the inn. Definitely would recommend if your in town.

酒店還算比較乾淨，酒店周邊也比較安靜，不遠處就是超市等，比較方便，但早餐實在太差了，早餐廳燈光昏暗，東西也很少。最大的問題是我特意選的套間，攜程圖片上顯示的也是套間，但實際是卻是單間，這個有點欺詐嫌疑，我要投訴！

I like to stay here because it’s clean and staff is friendly location is perfect and breakfast is great, but this time no breakfast I don’t know what happened that’s why the lower rating.

All is good, except for the garbage pick up under my window at 4 am!!! Super loud beeping is unnecessary at that time. A big bummer, as the idea is to get rest and sleep. I would not recommend staying in any room above the garbage drive through...I spoke with other guests who also complained about it, so I'm sure this isn't the first time you've heard this complaint. Otherwise everyone was pleasant and nice.

I would suggest putting in brighter light bulbs in the bathroom and putting up a full-length mirror in the room.

Checked-in on Sunday afternoon, as I have an Oncologist appointment in the morning at MultiCare nearby. Instead of driving up the same day from Portland I chose this hotel. We likely would return when I have my next follow up appointment in 6 months.

Great deal for a room that slept 5. Only like 15 minutes from the Tacoma dome. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

My stay was a Thursday night. The property gave me a unrequested room upgrade which was appreciated but did not really improve my overall experience as I was alone and did not value a larger suite.
Breakfast included was very good.
Main disappointment was the property could not honor the book-back discount card offer that was promoted by a flyer left in my room. I would have re-booked for an additional second day had they honored that deal. I was for "weekdays" only and I was told by the front desk manager in person that booking a Friday night was considered a weekend stay. Stupid.

The Inn is lovely, clean and centrally located. It was a little noisy because of the proximity of SR16. The staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
