Kamer was super mooi, wordt iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt. Ook personeel is heel vriendelijk en probeert met alles mee te denken.

Thai massage with Tarik was really nice. The spa is clean and the smell inside was so good. Sunny is always smiling & welcoming people with love. They give you also ginger tea at the end of the treatment. I will come back for sure! Plus the location is in front of the sea

Room is excellent, big, spacious and deep plunge pool. Location is perfect. Reception are very helpful with snorkeling trips, bike hire and transfers. The health spa was amazing, reasonably priced, walked in feeling like a donkey and I left feeling like a butterfly. Thank you Malati!

We didn’t stay at the hotel but used the spa facilities, and we were so happy with it! The staff was very friendly and trained; you could see that they followed a well-thought-out process. The experience was great, and although everything was simple, they delivered it all: a welcome drink, a foot bath, and an amazing massage. All for a very reasonable price. We tried other places on the island but at the end decided to come back to La Bella because this is where you get the best massage in Gili T.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I used the spa. This is where we received the best massage on Gili. It was the first place we went and then we went to others, but we decided to return because the service, procedures and care were different. In addition to the price being great, the service and the massage are also great. For us the best place to have a massage in Gili.

Most beautiful villa i have stayed in!! Private gated entrance, into a large pool area with a kitchen and outside lounge room! The bedroom is massive, cool tiles and huge bathroom with amenities!!! Check in was easy and they have their own restaurant attached to hotel with seats inside or on the beachfront!

This is one of the best places I have stayed during my trip in Indonesia. Amazing and beautiful private pool area and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They definitely deserve a raise!

I had booked a one bedroom villa for my stay on the Island and was messaged by the hotel to advise me to cancel my booking due to "conflict" the week of my stay!!! There was no explanation given and I had to write several messages to them asking for further info as I did not understand what was happening. They informed me there hotel was "closed" and that there would be noone in the hotel, although their website was still taking bookings the day before. This was a huge inconvenience to us to try to find alternative accommodation the day before our trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

La Bella Villa is a good & clean villa across the road from the beach. We stayed in the one bedroom villa which had a great pool. Only issue was our aircon did not work very work at all which meant we didn't sleep very well (it pretty much just pumped out air). I did mention this to reception everyday, 2nd day (after the first night) nothing was done, 3rd day someone checked it out & said it was fine, 4th day someone came in to actually look at it, said it was fixed but when I noticed it wasn't fixed & questioned it they said they needed to order a part. They ended up moving us to the one bedroom villa next door which the aircon worked & we had a great nights sleep :) They gave us a free dinner which was nice but I would have preferred working aircon. Can not fault it otherwise. Staff member who stood out for us was Lenzel from the cafe, he was so genuinely friendly & could not do enough. 5 stars to him. We saw turtles swimming out the front.
