We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Ps. The complimentary breakfast was great.

This BW Plus is very clean and very spacious. No crowded anything! Mucho parking. Gilroy is the gateway into Silicon Valley. Great place to “park” and then tour things further north up the 101. This hotel is one min off the 101! Ignore negative comments in Trip.com. All is very clean with a very hard working staff. My check-in clerk was so very competent and helpful. You’d think she was working at the Ritz in New York City.

Stayed here for a soccer tournament at the Morgan Hill Sports Complex. It was a 12 min easy drive to the hotel from the sports complex. Check in staff was very friendly, let us check in an hour early, and provided us extra towels for our room and pool towels. 1/3 of our team stayed at this hotel for the tournament and they all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day.
Pros: breakfast provided was decently good. Had options like bagels, toasts, muffins, eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal and different drinks
Only cons we had: the toilet didn’t flush in the beginning, it had no water in the tank. This was an easy thing we fixed w/o notifying the hotel. The beds also felt springy, any time you rolled over I was able to feel them. Wasnt the worst, but could have been better.
Overall, would stay here again if in the area
