super accueil à l' auberge de st Fergeux chambres confortables, joliment décorées, très propres, literie et oreillers de qualité et surtout la possibilité de faire réchauffer un repas dans la cuisine partagée avec les autres occupants de l'hôtel et qui est très, très bien équipée . C 'est vraiment un service qu' on ne rencontre pas partout petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et des confitures maison délicieuses , du café en grains moulu donc excellent et à seulement 8€ J y retourne dès que possible pour un séjour de repos!

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement tenu en famille .L'accueil est merveilleux , les chambres irréprochables et confortables , la literie excellente.. Cet établissement se compose d'une partie hébergement mais également d'une partie restauration .( spécialisé dans le canard ) .. Les fois gras sont exceptionnels. Vous avez également une partie magasin ou vous pouvez trouver de nombreux produits à base de canard mais également les spécialités Champenoises ( Marc de champagne ,ratafia de champagne et autres

Vlotte check in, uitleg en afspraken van het huis.Zeer familiaal karakter, je kon hier echt alle info krijgen.Zeer persoonlijke service.Ik heb heel ander beeld van de eetcultuur rond ganzen.Superrustige ligging, veilig parkeren.Fantastische degustation ganzenprodukten en champagne daar, veel bijgeleerd over spijs en drank.De maaltijd is zeer typisch.Ontbijt basic maar zeer lekker, elkeen een croissant, stokbroodje, 2confituurs, choco, kruikje fruitsap, keuze koffie, thee of chocomelk, 3soorten fruit zijnde kiwi,nectarine, appel.Ik miste alleen een bar met bediening s avonds.Nu is het zelfbediening.In de keuken ijskast en diepvries ter beschikking, micro en oven.Zeer propere kamers, badkamer en WC. Kortom ; een aanrader....

Sejour de 2 jours dans une auberge familiale où l on respire le bien être. Tout est très bien organisé et les produits exclusivement locaux, sont faits et servis sur place dans une très trés bonne et grande qualité. La rilliettes de canard au foie gras est terriblement bon. Nous ne pouvons que dire du bien de ce bel endroit au calme.

Accueil familial! Bonne table faite avec les produits de la ferme à base de canard… le Champagne y est bien bon aussi! Ce petit village proche d’epernay et de chalons en champagne à tous les atouts pour une découverte de la région!
