We loved the studio flat we took. The room was clean and it had everything even a pasta strainer. The place was in the city center ten minutes walk to tourist attractions like George Square.

First time chosing to stay here. Amazing that you can cook here. Location is great, near to shopping center so it's very convenient. A subway station is away from the hotel within 3min by foot.

Nice apartment type of hotel with kitchen, dish washer, and coin laundry inside the hotel itself. It’s clean, comfortable with decent room size. There’s a blackboard at the reception with a list of recommended activities, restaurants, etc too. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, helpful staffs. Leave my watch in the room when check out. Contact the staff and immediately check and keep my watch for me and return to me when I come back. Specifically thanks to HAPPY for check and keep the watch for me.

The staff are very helpful. We requested to change the room, once we found out the toilet light was too dark and the hand wash dispenser was not serviceable.
And the key from the other room was not serviceable.
We went back to reception right away. The staff changed the room and the key card for us, immediately.
