Located in George Square, this hotel has been a lovely surprise for myself and my partner. The service was excellent, and the check in smooth and fast. The guy at the reception helped us upgrade FOC the room to a double. The room was spacious and clean, and the overall furniture style is modern and yet classy and cosy 10/10. We also had drinks at the bar and also there the service was nice and the drinks very well made. Finally we had breakfast in the morning. The variety and food quality was excellent, minus the coffee unfortunately, even tho this didn't ruin the experience. I'd definitely come back!

房間很新，前台有一箇中國小美女JINGYI,服務特別好，非常貼心，入住前先去探了一下店，她領着我們去看了房間和各處設施，讓我毫不猶豫就選擇了入住，入住後也及時溝通有什麼需要改進的地方。酒店位置很好，離兩個火車站距離都不遠，就在喬治廣場邊上，因為酒店是新的，所以剛進門的時候會有點味道，提供膠囊咖啡機和膠囊咖啡，解決了咖啡問題，客房服務也很滿意，留條會及時反饋並給予處理

I have just stayed here for two nights and think it an absolutely gorgeous hotel. Nice and central abd only a few minutes walk from Queen street station, on/off buses etc. I was able to gain access to room before 1pm with no extra charge. Loved my 10th floor very large dual aspect room. Room had extra security on door and cards also needed in lift before you were able to key in floor number. Front of house staff very good. Some even going to hotel entrance with me to give me directions. Huge public area for sitting. Breakfast managed well with no over officiousness and able to sit where you chose. Breakfast selection good and well cooked. Only slight disappointment was that the small pastries were finished when I went down at 9 second day. Would be delighted to stay here again.

The hotel is in the great location, walking distance to train station (queen st train station), and super easy walk to amenities , great restaurant and serounding with shops for your retail therapy. Hotel furniture is minimalist and very modern. Well-done selection! Breakfast selection also can make you difficult to walk because your Tummy can be very full after breakfast , well-done kitchen team and cafe floor team. As titanium elite member, i was upgraded to the room with the amazing view of heritage building which has a amazing view from level 9 (room 917). Wifi also fast enough to run your work laptop as well as browsing your apps for your mobile.
