Travelodge Glasgow Queen Street

Bardzo spokojna okolica, więc oboje świetnie się wyspaliśmy. Prysznic, czajnik, telewizor, wszystko czyste i łatwe w obsłudze.

Personel był świetny, naprawdę pomocny, pokój nie był taki zły, proszony o pokój rodzinny, ale miał pokój dwuosobowy z pojedynczym łóżkiem pod fałdami. Czystość była w porządku, miała kilka śladów na pościeli, łazienka nie wyglądała, jakby była zawieszona, ponieważ były to włosy na podłodze za drzwiami. Było drogo za to, co dostaliśmy, gdyby cena była lepsza, zatrzymałbym się ponownie.

Hotel is really close to the Citu Centre and GOMA. Happy that restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Staff are nice. Only little sorry that I forgot the hairdryer is not included.

Great location. Stayed here before. Staff are friendly but it's really let down in other areas. Our room was filthy. Bed was fresh but the desk was sticky, carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered in weeks and when I went to plug in my phone beside the bed there was the remains of someone's peperami snack lying on the floor. Bathroom had a brown poo mark on the loo seat (which we cleaned!) And the loo floor was covered in long black hairs. I am platinum blonde and my friend has long dyed red hair... We told reception who offered to comp us breakfast but we had already paid for it so they just took the feedback. We asked for an iron and ironing board, and they were really pitiful appliances. They could do with an upgrade for sure. Oh and during breakfast the coffee machine was fully broken and was being taken apart...

All was good. Loved the location and size of room. But I'm surprised to see travelodge is still charging for WiFi. I had to pay 3 pounds for 24 hrs WiFi access. And the premise doesn't have good coverage to use my own data. Weird. Mostly all hotels and have free WiFi. I think travelodge need to do something about it

The service was very good and the room was very clean. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

The room was a little run down. The electric kettle was dirty but overall it was clean enough to spend the night. The location was great and near the shopping area. The car park was a little far.

Hotel and location was good. Parking was available at nearby NCP at a reduced rate for hotel customers which is located 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There was no hand wash in the toilet despite reminding the counter desk. Room was comfortable but heating wasn't up to scratch. Heater was a bit tricky to use.
