Very basic hotel with little amenities. Quite affordable. Mattresses need to be replaced urgently

Facilities were excellent. Clean. Lovely towels. Good TV. Comfortable climate. Quiet. Easy, courteous check-in. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to tune airport shuttle bus. An excellent alternative to staying at the airport hotels when one’s departure flight is not too early.

房間比想象中要好，乾淨，有浴缸，對於疲憊的我來説，晚上能泡澡是一種享受。
但有個印象深刻的問題，攜程提供的地址與在地圖中直接打開的定位是不一致的，我用的是複製地址在谷歌打開後導航的，結果是二個方向，走了一段冤枉路，這個一定要改過來啊。

很乾凈，設施很新，房間非常*大，是一個雙人床加一個小童床。樓下有Sainsbury，必勝客，離喬治廣場走路7min很近。

Nice clean hotel, very central for my needs. Issue was short staffed in the reception, bar/dinning areas which caused issues for those eating that evening. Breakfast was very poor quality and not worth the money. Ended up with a coffee and going else where for breakfast.

Great stay as always. Location is great and the room was really comfy and clean. No on-site parking but there is a NCP very close by and the hotel provides a discount.

Needs freshened up windows are locked carpets were dirty rooms and corridors smelled of wet dogs? And smoke

This well located hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms have clearly been either well looked after or recently upgraded. We loved the fact that there was a Nespresso machine in the room and complimentary quality chocolate

I was impressed with this hotel, its in a handy location a short walk from Queen Street Station the room was clean, pricing was competitive and the breakfast was great with plenty of vegan options offered. I'd definitely use this chain again for future trips.
