Premier Inn Glasgow CC Buchanan Galleries

Room is clean with good shower. Location is very near Buchanan station which is very convenient to travel outside Glasgow.Breakfast is ok, no variation for the whole week during our stay.

Booked a Premier Plus room for an extended weekend i May (Room 1608). The room had great space BUT it was only a queen size bed (double bed it said on the booking) so have this in mind. One would think in a Premier Plus room with this size of the room it should be a king size bed but no. So this is the only reason why this rewiew only gets a four. However even if the bed was way to small it was very comfy and there where even two extra big pillows. Good size of the bathroom and a great shower but bring your own showergel. TWO EMPTY bottles of showergel hanged on the shower wall and even if we asked for a refill three days in a row there were still no showergel in the bottles?? The room has a Nespresso machine which was great for an extra cup of coffee while taking a break (extra plus for the small chocolate bars). The room also has a mini-fridge with complementary bottles of water. In the Premier Plus room it was included Ultimate Wi-Fi which we thought was a bit instable - needed to log on all the time.... We also booked the Premier Inn Breakfast and this was very good breakfast buffé with a lot to choose from. This Premier Inn has a very very good location in the heart of Glasgow. We arrived by bus from Edinburgh Airport to Buchanan Bus station which is basically just 3 minutes walk from the entrance.

Friendly reception assistance on arrival. Keycard entry to accommodation areas/lifts as well as rooms. Two minutes walk from car park, bus station, Concert Hall, train station, one minute to shops. Clean and comfortable. Great staff.

Lovely spotless room. Very comfortable bed. Very central for bus and train station. Stayed on a Thursday night and it was reasonably priced.

Enjoyable stay at Premier Inn Buchanan Galleries with friendly/helpful staff. Room was comfortable and clean with ensuite including plenty of soap/shower gel and lovely choice of shower/rain shower. Two large and comfy pillows provided. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided to make our drinks in the room with provided kettle. The porridge was LOVELY! Only gripes: * Approached on arrival in reception by non-employee asking for our details so he could help us check in! * Limited yoghurt choice / muesli (Otherwise continental breakfast lovely) * Seems to be problems when prepaying for breakfast... so we started to pay each morning.

We used a number of Premier Inns and the Glasgow Inn has been the best our other stays were poor in comparison. It is a shame that all other Premier Inns are not to the same standard. This Inn is a flagship for Premier Inn. Thanks again for a brilliant stay.

Over charged for there allocated parking not a happy customer hotel is a good location and clean inside staff could be abit more friendly and not chat to one another while booking you in

I chose this hotel for its location, close to the bus station as I was coming from the airport by bus, staying 2 nights and then travelling home by bus. I knew exactly what to expect from previous visits to this and other Premier Inns - a comfortable bed and a decent shower. I wasn't disappointed in any way. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

A chain hotel well located to downtown sights, including pedestrian Sauchiehall Street (don't miss Mackintosh tea room). Room kind of spartan and DIY, but size was good and bed was comfortable. Wifi had to be reconnected every time we returned to the room and was slow as Christmas. Breakfast not included but there are plenty of options nearby. If I'm ever back in Glasgow I would choose the West End, but this was good enough for a first orientation visit.
