Comfy bed and pillow, tidy bathroom, nice to have an outdoor spa atatched to the room and the swimming pool was good for the weather temperature. The only thing we did not like was the heat. The room got extremely hot from the sun especially during the sunset. Night was horribly hot as well with only one fan in the entire unit. 2 fans would be great. One for the room and one in the dining/ lounge area.

Loved the heated pool and surrounding area.
Easy access off main highway.
Courtyard area outside thw unit was a bonusvthough could do with some tender loving care re gardens and lawn.

We loved that the accommodation was not far from town. It was quiet. Easy allocated parking. Loved that we had ur private out the room spa. The issues we had was with our bed being way too hard. We stayed for 3 nights and both hubby and i had sore back and shoulders the entire time. The toiler was very hard to flush and most importantly our 3 yr old was very upset with the outdoor heated pool being overly hot close to 38°c. We booked the accommodation specifically for the ourdoor pool but it was way too hot even for the adults.

Very friendly service but the property itself was a bit old and run down - there was no central heating or cooling but we were provided a fan.

What a Great Motel ( a little dated ) but very clean , the price reflexes that , had everything we needed, the staff were very friendly & accommodating, we had storage for our E Bikes ( which was very important to us ) , the Motel was very close to everything & lots of biking trails , it had a heated swimming pool washing facilities etc , we certainly would return & would Highly Recommend

Our room was nice and well equipped, beds were comfortable with good quality linen. Motel is conveniently located in the heart of Rotorua. We enjoyed our time there.

Unfortunately there was no milk for hot drink. and there were ants crawling around the kitchen bench on arrival
