We had problems with AC first day. When still not working well second day, the manager put us in different rooms until fixed.

We had a great time at the Glen Club. The place is definitely more a golf club and restaurant than hotel, and did host noisy events while we were there, but the room itself was comfortable and nice.

Very nice venue for a golf enthusiast. Great curb appeal. The building shows some signs of deferred maintenance. Breakfast was good but not great; wait staff was fair. Front desk staff was outstanding. Pro shop staff seemed judge mental, almost condescending.

We have been going to the Glen Club for years and have always enjoyed our time there. However the hotel facilities really do need an update. The wood paneling on the elevator is chipping, the carpet in the hallways and rooms is visibly stained and we had hair all over our bathroom upon checkin. The heat is controlled from the front desk and our room was either stifling at 78 degrees or cold at 64 degrees. They were unsuccessful in getting it to balance out. Second floor definitely needs a makeover.

Service was great, but the room furniture was dinged up pretty bad, and the room fan ran the entire night without us having control over it…I barely slept due to the annoying noise coming from the room fan.
The location is very unique, but the hotel aspect (the rooms) are due for a renovation…it barely just ok…I definitely won’t stay there again.

Great location, close to family for our Thanksgiving break. Breakfast every morning was graciously served and delicious. Staff were attentive and happy to help. Walking the golf course early in the morning was another reason the location is great. And there is a lake and park within easy walking distance too.
The property itself is elegant but starting to show wear. Time for a refresh.
