Their attention to detail is amazing, being both totally professional and warm in equal measure. It is very rare to find waitresses who care so much about ensuring every customer leaves happy. They are totally committed to the reputation of their restaurant in a way you do not see elsewhere. Ola especially has gone to huge efforts to learn English which she now speaks perfectly. I just wish my efforts with Polish were as successful as hers! Katarzyna on reception is equally brilliant and is extremely efficient and professional, yet always brings humour and could bring a smile to anyone’s face entering the hotel. Pawel the night porter is also a huge asset to your company. Many times I have witnessed him helping guests with luggage and stepping in to help his colleagues. Please look after these people Qubus - they are a very special team. I travel extensively and have never found better.
