Very special hotel. Brings you feelings of old Eastern Germany. This hotel was renovated this year with the spirit of DDR perfectly conserved. Terrible style! Dirty carpet and cheap furniture will not cheer you up. No english spoken at the reception, instead a 10 minutes of german information. The man in the reception ran after us ”nein, nein” when we parked our car in the wrong place. Of course the hotel didn’t provide parking, neither air condition. Never again!

Ich denke der Titel sagt schon viel. Das Hotel ist verbraucht. Hier ist dringender Bedarf für Erneuerung gegeben. Auch die aktuelle Lage in Sachen Corona hat damit nichts zu tun und kann den Zustand nicht entschuldigen. Unser Zimmer war schmuddelig, überall Flecken in Teppich, Gardinen und Wänden. Das Bad muss dringen saniert werden, Schimmel in den Fugen, Armaturen haben Grünspan angesetzt und im WC entwickelt sich eine Tropfsteinhöhle. Die Betten eine einzige Katastrophe, durchgelegen. Der Bademantel im Zimmer ist zwar nett gemeint und üblich in dieser Hotel-Kategorie. Vielleicht wäre es besser, die Bademäntel an der Rezeption auszugeben, um zum Beispiel die Größe entsprechend anzupassen und die kaputten Bademäntel (Löcher und abgerissene Taschen) zu entsorgen. Leider kein Einzelfall. Mit den Latschen geht es ja auch. Die Sitzmöbel im Zimmer und im Rest den Hotels sind verbraucht und sollten dringend gereinigt und erneuert werden. Ein einziges Lob an das reichhaltige Frühstück und das Personal. Preis und Leistung klaffen hier zu weit auseinander.
