Lokalizacja z hotelu jest naprawdę bardzo dobra. Nawet jedzenie, a także personel restauracji, kuchni i recepcji są dobre. Ale niektórzy pracownicy wyglądają naprawdę zrzędliwie i nieprzyjaźnie (jak dziewczyna w kawiarni)
Gałęzie za szybą w restauracji są całkiem fajne, ale myślę, że z reflektorami wyglądałoby to znacznie ładniej

Hotel położony jest w centralnej części, bardzo blisko plaży, przestronny i ciekawie zaprojektowany pokój, jedzenie było bardzo dobre, basen bez krawędzi był niesamowity.
Hotel nie posiada własnej plaży, co uważam za duży minus.
O godzinie 4 nad ranem 28 sierpnia 2021 roku zadzwonił budzik, to była pomyłka, ale nikt nie przeprosił i nie udzielił wyjaśnień co do zajścia.
Było to bardzo nieprzyjemne dla wszystkich gości hotelowych, którzy byli obudzeni i przestraszeni.

Bardzo głośny hotel, głośna muzyka z basenu ze spadochronem, z przeciwległego baru, z pokoi. Uważam, że ten hotel nadaje się tylko na krótki pobyt 1-2 noce. Duże grupy mężczyzn z Bliskiego Wschodu o nieodpowiednich manierach w restauracji i lobby utrudniają pobyt. Kolacja oferuje wybór, ale jedzenie jest bez smaku. Wyposażenie hotelu, łazienki, dywany przestarzałe, wymagają renowacji, nie nadają się do 5 gwiazdek. W hotelu nie ma plaży. Jeśli musisz wybrać ten hotel, zapakuj zatyczki do uszu.

the hotel is great - the room was large. the food -was just great with a lot of options the dining room open hours are long - dinner until 10 pm! the staff was friendly especially Simona from the front desk who was very helpful and very nice only bad thing us the distance from the city - 40 leba in a cab

If you are looking for a hotel with bad food and a ****** with less-than-average ******** conditions, this is the hotel for you. On the other hand nice rooms, clean, and honest prices (but you will spend much more at the ******). Not in the center of varna.

******: No Limit Texas Hold'em. Eeach day after 20:00 the games of 1/3 and 2/5 Euro started. The poker room offered up to 8 tables. During my visits there were up to 3 tables running. Only Texas Holdem. I have no idea why did the ******, both poker and ****** games, operate on Euros rather than BGN's. Yoy can wirhdraw Euros from ******'s cashiers desk. There is no dress code or anything.

The worst experience in my life. They have made differencebetween bulgarian citizens and the rest, different retsaurants, differents food.. Incredile for 2023 year ... When i ask the reception, they told us " this is our policy" ...

In my opinion the rooms are very good, the sea view amaizing! But about the restaurant... a big dissapontment, I don t recomande. Very poor meniu and a even when I ask for water I was disgusted... the bottle was dirty and în the water was floating things... în a 5* restaurant... I don t recommend to eat or drink here!
