Świetny hotel, obsługa najwyższej klasy, jedzenie doskonałe,proseco do śniadania wyśmienite, obsługa miła i bardzo pomocna. Pokoje duże, czyste. Szczególnie polecamy odnowione restauracje ala'carte (na szczególne uznanie zasługuje bulagrska). Bar na plaży dobrze zaopatrzony. Leżaki i parasole dla gości w cenie - dość duże odległości między leżakami. Baseny bardzo duże długości około 25-30m. Jedyny mankament to łazienki w pokojach, które są małe i ciemne.

Bardzo dobrze prowadzony hotel z kilkoma restauracjami- niektóre tematyczne ale czynne tylko w wysokim sezonie. Są dwa baseny (jeden pływacki) i aquapark ze zjeżdżalniami ( ale nie dla dzieci). Pokoje dość duże i nowoczesne. Jedzenie smaczne i urozmaicone. Na uwagę zasługują drinki- na prawdę smaczne i z dobrych alkoholi. Minusy: hotel jest w drugiej linii brzegowej- do plaży mały spacerek ulicą.

Pobyt w hotelu w wariancie ALL INCLUSIVE mieliśmy w czerwcu 2022. Hotel Grifid Bolero należy do sieci hoteli Grifid, które trzymają wysoki standard. Pokoje są duże, z klimatyzacją, w większości okna wychodzą na basen, gdzie niekiedy przeszkadzać może głośna muzyka. W pokoju lodówka z różnymi napojami codziennie uzupełnianymi (gratis), pokoje codziennie sprzątane, czysto, łazienka mogłaby być odnowiona ale jest OK. Na terenie hotelu są 2 baseny- pierwszy rekreacyjny, drugi pływacki, leżaków wystarczająca liczba (niestety w czerwcu woda jeszcze nie była zbyt ciepła). Ponadto klub dla dzieci z osobnym basenem oraz zestaw 3 zjeżdżalni na oponach (ale tylko dla osób powyżej 140cm). Na terenie są 4 restauracje (większość czynna w wysokim sezonie). Restauracja w wariancie AI - jedzenie bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone, duży wybór dań zarówno na śniadanie- obiad jak i na kolację. Wszędzie czysto i raczej nie było problemu z miejscami. 2 bary- przy basenie i nad morzem -serwują przeróżne drinki z wielu alkoholi (naprawdę b. bogata oferta i wszystko w ramach AI). Recepcja- miła i rozmawiająca po angielsku. Do plaży około 100m- dojście uliczką, Plaża szeroka i piaszczysta, czysta, mnóstwo leżaków hotelowych. Trochę słaba rozrywka - animatorzy- ale to kwestia gustu. W okolicy mnóstwo dyskotek, sklepów, klubów, restauracji.

Perfect for family vacation. Friendly staff, delicious food, nice location and lots of happy people around you. Wat more do you need? :) We had only a bad luck with the weather . There were three days of bad weather en that was a lot for our stay. But there is not much to be done about it I guess :)

If you are looking for a hotel for a family, the Grifid Bolero is a very good choice. Water attractions (swimming pools and slides), animations for the whole family, service, food, rooms are at the highest level. I definitely recommend this place. Grifid Bolero rocks!

Last June we spent another fabulous holiday at the Bolero. Great was our surprise to find that the reception area had been completely refurbished. The dining room had also received a complete new look it was made more spacious and modern. A real eye catcher. WAW. We were able to dine in the various new a la carte restaurants (Italian, Fish, Bulgarian) not forgetting the 9 course fashion we enjoyed at the Metropol. All this included in the price. No extra charge. The friendly and helpfull staff, the excellent food, the spacious and clean rooms and the all inclusive formula made our stay one to remember. We can sincerely recommend this hotel to both couples and families and we very much hope to be able to return there next year

Grifid Hotel Bolero met all our expectations! And as my granddaughter said, 10 points goes to the Grifid Bolero in Golden Sands. The slogan "Your vacation is our mission", which is indicated on the doors of the hotel, is completely true! Clean and comfortable rooms, well-groomed and clean grounds, swimming pools, delicious food, great entertainment, and theme nights, and behind all this is a highly professional staff. We saw and appreciated the mutual assistance and support of all hotel services to each other! The solution of all requests and tasks was timely and without delay. We express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful holiday and birthdays to the hotel manager Georgi Tomov and the guest relations specialist Ivet Steliyanova. It's nice when people treat their work with dedication, responsibility, and love! Keep it up! We recommend this club hotel for a quality family vacation.

Really nice experience, we played volleyboll with the animation team and the food were fantastic, best family place to be also the rooms were amazing with best room service, the cleaning team is amazing and really friendly, 10/5 stars from me also the location was really good friendly personal and amazing beach , nice animation, good parking places , we enjoyed our staying to the max, also the ala carte was an amazing experience, friendly chefs nice pool , there is a playstation station for the kids also

We organised a conference in the hotel and we don't regret about our choice! Usually club hotels don't focus so much on the business part, but they did an excellent job! We had coffee, water, tee, cookies for every break we had... Good internet connection! Apart from the conference... The check-in was quick and efficient. The staff - international, always smiling and helpful. The food - tasty and different every day. Entertainment show every night at 21:00! The hotel has it's own beach in front of the hotel which is less than 1 min walk, so you don't have to pay extra for a sunbed or an umbrella. The location is perfect - a short walk to the city center. The rooms were clean, spacious and tidy. The housekeeping ladies were cleaning every day, even though the room was in a good condition. If you miss the breakfast, there was a late continental one.... Beach volley ever day at 16:30. Make sure you go for at least 4 nights, so you can visit the a-la-cart restaurant. We visited the Japanese one - perfect meals! If you are counting the calories like me...Great news.... There is a gym and a proper swimming pool for swimmers... without any children in it :) A great overall experience! Thank you! Kind regards, Tunay Mutaf
