Hotel nie zasługuje na 4*, pokój ok, łazienka obskurna, szafki zamoczone przeciekającym prysznicem, dozowniki na mydło popękane i zardzewiałe.Brak szklanek i kubków,do obiadu i kolacji tylko woda !!! Talerze poobijane w 4-5 miejscach na każdym.Dwa razy udało nam się dostać kubek do kawy z dzbanka(brak jakiegokolwiek expressu na stołówce) Jedzenie zimne nawet na otwarcie!Przesolone lub niedoprawione,mięsa przeważnie twarde,jajecznica z proszku.Miks zamiast masła,serki do smarowania były raz.Kolejki! Byłam już kiedyś w Albanii, więc mam porównanie.Rozmawialismy z osobami które były tu w poprzednich latach-hotel bardzo obniżył standard. Nie polecam tego hotelu!!!

Box standard tourist hotel with argumentative staff and a waiter who looks as though they are aged 12 who keeps asking when you’re going to check out I was supposed to be staying at the Ibiza hotel but it was closed for refurbishment and was given an “upgrade “ to the Albanian Star hotel which I wasn’t.asked about or wanted. Reception staff and the manager looked under 21 and had to argue with the manager to get 80 euros back to eat somewhere else for breakfast as the restaurant was the usual tourist mass food rubbish which Albanian food is usually not . 1950s music booming out of the hotel and no soundproofing so sleep was impossible Even the changed room on the 8 th floor was uncomfortable so don’t accept the upgrade from this mass tourism rubbish hotel . Only redeeming features nice places to eat near this hotel and a bus that takes you to central Durres that costs 100 Lek each way or you can walk along the beach and find a bus at Pleka for 40 Lek each way to Durres and back

Recently back from staying here and have to say it was a clean hotel, in a good location with a good variety of activity both during the day and at night. Noisy night life might not be to everyone's taste during the high season, but all was quiet by 23:30. Food is very reasonably priced and with plenty of choice, heard that availability of food to meet dietary requirements (gluten / dairy free) was a challenge. Beach was great and less than 100m from the front of the hotel with a food and drink service from the hotel beach bar. All the staff were super friendly - housekeepers, reception, maintenance, bar and restaurant - and made the stay all that more special :o) Within easy reach of Tirana airport - traffic and and road conditions could make it an 'interesting' journey. Would recommend

Hotel is very nice at the promenade with decent renovation done in the last year since our first visit. What made this trip very special is the staff, from reception to everyone else! I got to know thast staff did not have experience in hotel work which was even a bigger surprise as they certainly delivered a Class A service. Rooms are very decent and have all the necessities, cleaning service is also really good compared to 5* we have been to. The ladies clean literally everything including balcony rails. Breakfast buffet is average, but the croissants are not. They are super tasty and flakey... Cocktails are the best thing about Albanian Star. Bar staff know their alcohol and deliver the best cocktails in Golem (probably competing with other top hotels in other countries). We've tried cocktails in 5* in Golem which were inferior. Avra restaurant is a highlight, chef is a rockstar cooking food that melts in mouth. We couldn't get enough. Yum yum yum This was our second visit and already planning number 3.

My second time at this hotel and will defintely coming back again...Perfect location, spacious rooms, great service & cleanliness. Special thanks to the waiters that made you feel always welcome. Last but bot least Avra Restaurant...a must place to eat!

I enjoyed my time here it was comfortable and relaxing I toured the city also it was beautiful I believe this is a beautiful people. I loved the experience of traveling here for the first time this was a new excperience to me.

Very good hotel, with a very nice view. We stayed around one week with my friends and we had a very good time. The bamboo beach bar was the best beach bar in Golem, with the best coctails and music.

Very beautiful hotel, with such a nice view of the sea and the sunset. Very good staff, and very nice rooms. fresh and different food from day to day. very comfortable mattress and good music in the evening.

The Best Hotel in Golem. Really enjoyed every moment .🥰 Friendly and professional Staff, delicious and fresh food, amazing view, very clean and comfortable rooms, great location. Best choice everytime I visit it during all the year.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
