I was stranded due to highway closure and tried booking a room for that evening (not the evening that was actually booked). Somehow when I was going through the process the date changed from that same day to 2 weeks later and I didn't notice that. I immediately requested a refund, and the hotel denied it. It wasn't like I asked the day before the booking, in which I would understand, but 2 weeks before? My fault for not double checking but was in a hurry due to there being hundreds of people trying to find a room at the time. Not the type of customer service that would ever lead me back to any Comfort Inn ever again. I would sleep in the car next time rather than even try this hotel.
