Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk staff an immediately checked in. She gave us instructions for parking and how to ding our room. The complementary in room internet connection was having a problem so I called the front desk. She had tech support call the room, and within 5 minutes I was online and doing my work. The next morning I went to the lobby to do some online work while my wife slept in. I got a cup of coffee (or three) and received a very friendly greeting from the building maintenance gentleman. Super happy and will stay there again!

The first room we were in the tv and phone didn’t work then got switched to another room and all we heard was the traffic and there was no parking
