Excellent stay the staff is very cooperative especially sakshi suraj and anoop will visit next time and recommend others as well I love how the the staff recognize me every time and is always attentive the food is very delicious loved it 👌✌👌✌👌

Excellent hospitality, wonderful ambience , delicious food , very courteous staff . One of the best hotels in and around Gorakhpur . Miss Saraswati has helped our stay made memorable , she is very courteous and hospitable. All services and staffs were very good and living up to our expectations.

I visit here for our business we visited here for exhibition and the arrangement was too good from hotel and I really like the location and hotel for business purpose all staff are very helpful specially mention to amit singh saraswati kamlesh Japan and team chef rajan was also very helpful thanks to sarover family.

A big thumbs-up to house keeping staff for maintaing cleanliness & higen. House keeping staff was good. good & supported well while cleaning. Bathroom cleaning was also nice & higenic. Bed cleaning was also gud & proper. While returning back every day found room clean. This gud & felt refreshing

Totally unhygienic and badly dirty. From cushion covers to towels, everything is so dirty you will have to think twice before even touching it forget using. I am never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely speak to my company never books this hotel for anyone.

We booked a standard room but received a suit room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They also have a GYM. Staff is friendly and professional. We are very satisfied in general with our stay. This hotel was probably one of my best experience in India. The location is also perfect it is in the heart of the city
