I left my laptop bag at the reception and Promila was prompting action and within no time confirmed about the bag and sent us the photograph.She deserve special appreciation from the management.Room service staff need to be check all items in room before the guest checks in

Great service and the team is very helpful thanks to Amit and the interior of hotel is good looking and the hotel staff is also very cooperative and buffet is also very big I stay here for 3 days I really enjoy here. Location is very near by station and airport

I had a very good time at sarovar portico gkp. Cuisine and serivce was very good even at night (round the clock). I want to share a rare experience- When i left the hotel, i forgot 25000/- rupees on the bed but Special thanks to Ms Lovely Dubey that she told me about my lost money and i got the ebtire amount because of her. The hotel cares about its customers and staff is very honey. Thanks to all and do visit.

It was a pleasant stay here in hotel and all staff members are very cooperative and they understand well about guest needs. dilicious food and cleaning very well as they are maintaining a good hygiene as well. I would like to leave my special notes for Ms. Promila bose she are there at front desk she are really having a good behaviour she was maintained good hospitality and for taking care and welcoming the guests, she are providing a quick respons on customer needs, and Mr. Amit he are in resturant he is such caring to his guests.
