Luvi Cave Hotel

The owner and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Our hot air balloon ride cancel because of bad weather, they help us to search for the possibility of hot air balloon ride on the next few days and helped us to figure out the feasible options in order to take a balloon ride. It’s a great experience for tourist. And the little owner (a dog name max) is very cute too!!!

酒店地理位置不錯，天台上看熱氣球景觀也非常漂亮，很喜歡老闆的很聰明的小狗，像小明星一樣備受歡迎！酒店老闆人非常好，我們因為在外國網站買球賽，要註冊很多東西，老闆不辭辛勞的幫了我們很多忙，很贊！大家可放心訂這個酒店，服務和設施都很好，就是比起圖片酒店有點小而爾～

挺好，房間很大也挺乾淨，酒店地勢高，交通位置也方便，出門吃飯走路就到，去車站啥的也走路就到，有大露台可以拍照看熱氣球。

Dekorasyonu şık, temiz bir otel. Konum olarak Göreme'nin merkezinde, güneşin doğuşuyla balonları izleyebileceğiniz güzel bir terasa sahip. Deniz Hanım'ın bölge hakkında bilgisi ve rota tavsiyeleri, Mehmet Bey'in nezaketi otele dair aklımda kalanlar. Çok memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederim.

I wanted to write this review in regards to the incredible kindness, caring & thoughtfulness of Deniz from the Luvi Cave Hotel. I never stayed here but wanted to share my story on the truly wonderful staff there. I met a girl Kayla who was staying here during the green tour and we met up again & went for a hike in Love Valley when only 10 minutes in we were set upon and bitten by a pack of wild dogs & were extremely scared. Kayla managed to somehow to contact Deniz who called someone to come and rescue us immediately. She then went above board and met & spent the whole day with us at the hospital while we were undergoing trea**ent and vaccinations. She not only translated but brought us snacks tea and water, offered support and comfort during this time, took us to the pharmacy and drove as back to the Luvi Cave hotel afterwards where the rest of the staff were just as wonderful. Kayla said the staff and service from this hotel were truly amazing and from my experience you will be incredibly happy staying here. I cannot thank her enough for how much she did for us The resident Cocker Spaniel Max here is so lovely also and will make you make you feel just like you’re at home especially if you’re missing your pets

This is the most amazing place to stay. The room was so beautiful, the roof top had the best views of the town and balloons and the staff are so helpful and friendly. There was a great selection for breakfast everyday and the staff helped with soooo much. Booking trips, answering questions, tips and advice for places to go and rebooking balloon ride when it was cancelled due to the weather.

I booked transfers via the hotel which was priced at 15 Euros per person either way. This was well organized and easy to access once we landed at Nevşehir Airport. The drive to the hotel was about an hour. The roads in Cappadocia itself are quite narrow and windy. The driver assisted us to take the luggage to reception. Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready for an early checkin but we left our luggage and decided to explore the town. Umbrellas are complimentary at reception if the weather looks inclement. I booked a King Suite which included a lovely Turkish style breakfast. The room was spacious with a separate lounge area. The staff engaged well and were informative, friendly and patient. I would definetly stay there again.

Luvi Cave Hotel attended to every detail, from coordinating airport transfers and organizing hot air balloon rides to arranging tours and dinner reservations, ensuring we had all necessary amenities like water and umbrellas throughout our stay. Deniz was consistently available to address our inquiries and offered valuable recommendations to enhance our itinerary. The level of hospitality and attentiveness exceeded our expectations and surpassed experiences at other hotels. As independent travelers accustomed to minimal reliance on hotel staff, Deniz's assistance left us feeling exceptionally pampered and at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Deniz and Gurkan, your Cave Hotel was wonderful, every corner is full of love and details. It has exceeded my expectations and more than I dreamed! But most importantly you and ALL your staff (included the lovely mánager Max🥰)! Please let them know that we loved the way They took care of us from the breakfast time to the end of the night). We would like to thank you with all our heart for your professional attitude, kindness, care, passion, patience and AMAZING hospitality! You are the greates we have ever met in our trips! We felt pampered from the beginning (starting with the presentation of the hotel and the explanation of trips and tipical restaurants) till the end of the holiday. Your breakfast was so rich and incredible every-single-day and your care for the details of everything and for us is so unique and very appreciated!! We are gonna miss ALL OF YOU so much!
