When I went into the room.found it was dirty and smells bad.ran away!not stay!

The carpet were dirty
Toilet was connected on hot water instead of cold
Hot water in the shower was warm
There was no cold shower in the sink
TV controller was broken
Coffee machine was dirty
We leave after one night even if we had paid for 2 night, overall it was a very poor experience.

Property was convenient to Mt Moriah trail head with some conveniences nearby. Room was ok. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was clean and updated BUT the tv remote didn’t work right, the microwave didn’t heat well and service was non existent. We needed more coffee cups and such. No one around and it was 5pm.

Gorham is a great place to get anywhere around in the woods! Sunday River resort at 35 min. is an easy drive. Great food in town.Clerk at front desk was quick to answer even on ******* Chat. Maybe some accesories should be replace or provides (no closet, no hangers, cluged sink) 4 stars without any doubt, but could be 5!Thank you.

The location was great for the proximity to Mt. Washington, but far too few "good" dining options. Accommodations can use larger TVs.

The room we stayed in was recently updated and clean. The host welcomed us and ensured we could head out early with quick check out for our day of skiing.

No one was there for check in during normal check in times. Overall the room was fine. Small holes and patchwork are noticeable.

I like going there because everything is convenient. The hotel I never had to ask for anything. We found it enjoyable to stay there. This is the second time there at this hotel and we will be back again.
