Miejsce perfekcyjne pod każdym względem . Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie : jedzenie (śniadania bardzo różnorodne , lunch z karty przy basenie pięknie podany , kolację obfite) pokoje , obsługa , beach bar, tereny zielone . Pobyt w tym hotelu to prawdziwy czas relaksu .

Bardzo udany pobyt, jest to najlepszy hotel w jakim do tej pory byłem. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, wszyscy zawsze bardzo uśmiechnięci, energiczni, pomocni, zawsze podejdą i spytają co słychać. Hotel tylko dla dorosłych, wiec w moim odczuciu duży plus. Obiekt znajduje się w przepięknym, bardzo zadbanym, zielonym ogrodzie oraz bezpośrednio przy piaszczysto-kamienistej plaży (zejście na plażę po kilku schodkach). Najlepsze drinki na all inclusive (podawane w szkle). Duży kort tenisowy i niewielka siłownia są dobrze wyposażone i zawsze dostępne dla aktywnych gości. Położenie hotelu u podnóża gór gwarantuje nieziemskie widoki z poziomu leżaka przy basenie. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze zorganizowany i zarządzany. Jedzenie jest przepyszne i bardzo różnorodne. Nowoczesny wystrój hotelu bardzo cieszy oko. Serdeczne pozdrowienia dla całej obsługi.

We came for our honeymoon. Place is magnificent. Peaceful, calm and cozy. Staff is very nice and professional. Especially, foods and cocktails are absolutely amazing. Tolga Chef’s shrimp is at nirvana. Otel is just need much more activities.

The rooms were nice and beautiful but the hotel does not have an elevator and for my wife who is pregnant it is a bit tiring considering our room was in 3rd floor. The food in general was tastefull and the variety of selection is more than enough. Chef Ramiz at the Simit station and chef Tolga of live meat cooking station stand out as the best. Service wise, the staff was kind and polite except the fact that many of them did not speak english at all. The water at the restaurant tasted like chloride. For an all inclusive hotel you would expect more activities during the day and music by the pool as it becomes a bit boring after 1 week of staying. We had booked a massage at their SPA center but it was below average. Overall the architecture is beautiful, full of greenery and relaxing spaces.

Cooked the meat with flare at the table. The chef was unfortunately bullied by some eastern europeans to serve them before he was able to serve those that had ordered in an orderly queue. Shame there is always those that spoil others experiences.

The food was super delicious. The service is fantastic, the staff is very friendly. They are in your service always. Specially Şaban! The hotel property is very clean! The rooms, the pool area, the beach area very nice! It feels like you are in a tropical place!

Until now the best vacation i have ever had. Hotel is very clean, quite and fresh as it is build yesterday. Staff very kind and helpful Food is perfect especially baker is one of the best. He makes everything what you ask for in just 3-5 minutes. Service it is 10/10 everyone has big respect for you, they doesn’t let you stress for something they do all for you. I would really recommend this hotel.

Everything of our stay was really great. The Rooms are really clean and the food was delicious and fresh. Especially the service of Remzi the Simitci made our stay perfect. And the too young boys at the grill who made the best fish for us !!!!!!

I stayed 7 days at Balmy Beach and had an amazing experience and relaxing holiday. everything is perfect, the food the service the room the beach. The sea is very clear and warm, the pool is very nice also. Best place for couples to relax and have a nice time
