I had a stomach problem from the black pepper used to reserve the food. Note I spoke to you hotel lady doctor. Spa management miscommunication, zero sales skills, sauna needs better hygiene. Fruits and vegetables are fresh, Guzlama and Pide are the best food corners. Good animation program, Ms. Nur and Mr. Hogan ;) the best. Good restaurant service, all the stuff in good attitude. Ms. Yasmina, Yulia and the Mr. Who organised our event table on the 13th of May. Smiling faces makes magic, please keep it in mind. Coffee shop thanks for the smiling young ladies are the best service. Pool bar Mr. Cevad Ms. Delara helpful. Asked about the GM from guest relation replied he is always busy :) normally he should be informed immediately if any of the guests asked to see him.
