This hotel is not a 5* resort. The experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible and traumatic. The staff are rude, from day 1 my family were excited to enjoy our holiday, breakfast in the morning tried to get someone to take drinks order, the staff would disappear with the order and not come back. After 2 days of this gave up and served my self. If you asked staff anything they responded aggressively. It made the holiday experience absolutely awful. The reception staff were also rude and dismissive. You call them about something they hang up before you’ve finished talking. The bedrooms are definitely not 5* star. The rooms were dirty and the bed sheets were never changed. I had to call repeated to have changed. The food was always the same, there was no theme night. There was a microwave which I found, however I did not want to use as it was filthy. It was clear that it had not been cleaned for a while. The swimming pool was good, but I would say we spent our time there to avoid the staff. The kids club was pathetic, there was nothing much to do there, there was no planned activities, the staff did not speak English so couldn’t communicate with my children. The children’s play park is unsafe, on one evening there was a boy playing on the swings, it suddenly collapsed with the boy in it and luckily did not fall on any of the children, the boy looked traumatised. But clearly shows that equipment is not checked for safety especially when it relates to children. My family have been on a number of holiday and the way staff behave affects the whole experience of the holiday. The staff in this hotel really ruined our holiday and I will never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel does not meet the 5* standard. Me and my family were disappointed with the hotel for various reasons which I have outlined below. 1. Staff- The staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly at the reception, main restaurant and bar. I would ask a question with the aim of making it as easy as possible to understand and the response was often a sharp ‘what’. The staff were unhelpful, abrupt and abrasive and I would have to prompt them to get more information (e.g. on spa/taxi’s etc). The staff seemed seriously miserable and unapproachable. One of the mornings, one of the waiters was very aggressively clearing a coffee cup and it broke over me (I don’t know how he did this) and he just walked off and didn’t apologise or acknowledge what happened. I was shocked and actually quite upset. In addition, we noticed the waiters would serve drinks to others but no one would serve our table. I have a big family (12 members) and we asked if we could join tables and they said it was not allowed so we had to sit separately. I had been to a 5* hotel in Morocco with my family recently and they were highly accommodating to us and had a table ready for us for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They had a well deserved tip at the end. In comparison, the staff were unfriendly and made the experience unpleasant. 2. Room- In my bathroom, there was mould around the sink and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was unsatisfactory. My sheets were not cleaned and I had to call them to get them changed. The mini fridge made a really loud buzzing noise throughout the night and it would wake me up. The rooms were spread across the resort and it took 10minutes to walk to the main area. The signage to the rooms were confusing and the numberings did not make sense, which led to me getting lost a few times. In the night, it would be particularly harder to navigate when it was dark and there were only few spot lights. 3. Restaurant/Snack Bar- The main restaurant was okay (apart from the staff). The meats were tasty and there was a good selection at dinner. The snack bar by the main pool was more to our liking for lunch time. 4. Bar/seating area- The bar and seating area was situated outside and was dark and cold in the evenings. We would have liked if there had been an indoor bar / seating area as well, where you can hang out and play family games. 5. Entertainment- My nieces enjoyed the kids disco in the evening. The daily listed entertainment however was awful. I did not find most of the performances ‘family friendly’. 7. Other facilities Spa- The spa and hammam was nice. The spa was right next to the kids park and water park so it was a bit noisy. Pools/Water park - The water slides was fun and my family enjoyed the pools. You would need to walk out of the pool area to go to the spa to get towels which was a bit of a walk. It would have been useful to have towel huts closer to the pools. Kids Park - the park was extremely unsafe for the kids,

Il start with the good, Overall we did have a good holiday but it's definitely not a 5 star resort, and I would return if I got a good deal again. More of a 4 for facilities and food with 3 star cleanliness Great for families with young children Snack bar was good Sertip and Yusuf in the restaurant were so lovely and know exactly how to give 5 star service!!! Most staff work really hard and are happy to help you. Coffee shop was good, iced coffees were lush. Bad parts Rooms and resort isn't kept to a 5star standard of cleanliness. House keeping are the let down for this hotel rooms are not clean!!! Floors not moped or even swept. I asked for the terrace area to been cleaned as it had sticky drinks and bird poo all over it and it wasn't cleaned during our stay. Aircon and fridge weren't working on our 1st night....but soon as we complained it was fixed. House keeping didn't bother to clean our room the last 2 days, left us with no towels and called 3 times untill we finally got some. I found raw chicken skewer at dinner and last night was fish night and my mum had a bad tummy travelling home. We got a good deal for our holiday here, but had I paid full price I would be extremely disappointed. My two young toddlers had a brilliant time in the water park, beach and pools. Please take beach shoes with you as it's stoney beach which we liked.

I’m day 3 into my 7 day stay here, we’ve had our room changed twice due to terrible cleanliness in the hotel rooms. It’s caused me anxiety every single day. Reception don’t care at all, even tried to give the cleaners money and show them what needs cleaned, they still didn’t clean it well. The bathrooms are so poorly ventilated, mould, limescale, the shower heads literally must never get cleaned because when I asked the cleaner to clean this she just looked confused. The shower head may as well he green, all 3 rooms have been the same, the last room I’m in now I’ve just gave up and accepted that it’s poorly managed and they just don’t care about cleanliness. To get the room changes I’d like to add TUI had to intervene as the staff couldn’t care less, I said 5 star hotels should be clean and the receptionist sniggered at me. The floors outside the rooms never get cleaned, covered in stains from drinks etc, cockroaches in rooms, rubbish overflowed everywhere. There was cigarettes and what looked like blood stains on one of the loungers, I asked a cleaner to clean it, he just outright said no. This hotel had the facilities to be amazing but it’s just so disgustingly dirty with poor service (the only good service was the a la carte restaurant staff and one waiter today). I’ll do a full in depth review once I check out, but I didn’t want people to turn up after paying thousands and have the same experience. If you can change your hotel, do it. The first day we got here really late, the room was so dirty, they sent someone to clean it with wipes, I had to sleep fully clothed with the clothes I’d had on from the airport on top of the sheet because I couldn’t bare to have anything on my bare skin. I will also post photos when I’ve completed my stay of the hygiene standards but while I’m here I can’t deal with looking at it all because it fills me with severe panic and anxiety.

Very dirty room. Very disappointed. Rang reception and they sent someone with anti bacterial spray and a mop and he wiped down the dirty surfaces. This is definitely NOT 5 star accommodation. Theres three people in this room and not enough room to move around. Need to sleep. Tui rep didn’t sound surprised. That was a concern too! We came to celebrate my grandson’s 10th birthday 😔

This Hotel might be best hotel i ever been in Antalya Kemer. Bekir Avci producer of activities make a great job at volleyball game. All of us playing with other people we don’t know them but that make game more interesting. For me this Hotel is more fun for me.

Very amazing, i really like Bekir hes a very friendly and helpfull guy, more workers like him. Hes making atmosfera irls better, all the time very good to talk with him, hes understand how need to do this job, hes beat me in the basketball, amazing basketball player, amazing workers and amazing person

First of all - Hotel was amazing! The animators team did't let us borried! They organise basketball championship! Staff is friendly, most of them speaks english- respect the animator Bekir Allways willing to help✌️Also Bekit suggest where to go shoping in Kemer and which bus to take- appreachiate
