Beautiful place in a great location. Tons of staff. The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

This hotel was incredible. I got the room upgrade through VIP status and went from a small room to a two bedroom poolside suite. Even though you’re technically not on the beach the beach is a short walk/shuttle ride away (under 5 mins). I loved the intimate feel of the hotel and it really feels like luxury at an affordable rate.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The check-in was a breeze, we were offered welcome drinks and the receptionists were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was beautiful and clean, with comfy beds and many pillows to choose from. There is a Nescafe coffee pod machine in the room with pods. The restaurant has very good food and service! The beach is literally a 7 min easy, safe walk or you can wait 5 min (at the most) for the hotel transport to and from the beach. The hotel grounds are beautiful. I would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks for the exceptional care you showed during our trip!

The Oasis exceeded our expectations in all areas! Beautiful, Immaculate property and exceptionally clean, well kept. All staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well taken care of. Very convenient location and only 5 minute walk to the beach, plus they provide a shuttle to the beach too. The website photos do not do this place justice. The on-site restaurant was also beautifully designed and food was delicious. Thank you especially to the restaurant manager Victor for making our stay amazing.

My first impression- Beautifully maintained grounds and outstanding service! A lovely place to relax and get away from it all! Oasis is a little gem surrounded by lush tropical foliage and is just a short walk to the beach! Can’t say enough about this great find. Loved it! Can’t wait to return!

The property is an oasis within paradise. The scale is small enough that you feel like you're in a private resort. Ample loungers around the pools and a super clean room. The evening ritual of tikki torch lighting and lanterns on the steps with a nice, intimate touch. The beach area is upscale and private, within walking or (provided) golf cart access. Only concern is the restauant pricing and service, which leaves much to be desired, especially given the competition within walking distance. All in all a fantastic experience that we would recommend to others. Thank you, Oasis at Grace Bay!

Room directly below the initial room we checked into was being renovated and we had to pack up and move after the first night due to the noise.
We were not happy to move just after unpacking but hotel management made every effort to make it easy and moved us into a larger room in a quiet area.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
