Avoid don't bother you're holiday will be ruined,you will not want to stay,manager appalling attitude,and receptionist don't bother honestly

Great experience with lovely pool and facilities. We keep going back each year. Manager and staff very friendly. Almost daily evening entertainment from Bingo to sing song to dancing etc. Great place for Kids. Massuase comes daily. Each Bungalow well kitted out. Good restaurants locally if you prefer not to dine in house.

Great stay. quiet and very friendly staff! Central location. Nice wiev and good space around the pool and at the dining area. if I should add something, it could be nice to have a selfcatering station for the drinks. Looking forward to come back.

Just returned from 1 week at bungalow vista oasis. Overall a good holiday but a few negatives The hotel and communal areas were immaculately clean Plenty of sun loungers, small tables, and umbrellas at poolside and lifeguard on duty. Plus sun loungers were comfortable not the hard plastic variety. All bungalows are 1 bedroom if you have 3 or 4 guests in your party they sleep in the living area of the bungalow. One of our beds in living area had very flat uncomfortable mattress but when reported at reception it got replaced. Towels were replaced every 2 days but hadn’t the freshest smell No air conditioning in rooms but not needed at this time of year. Each bungalow had nice decking area with sun lounger reclining chair, table and other plastic chairs, very comfortable space. The food selection was limited but very tasty, if you are a fussy eater you will struggle. We were all inclusive. Good selection of drinks available on all inclusive. There is limited entertainment at night so if you are looking a lively hotel go somewhere else. Artificial grass at poolside was fab we loved it Location is quiet area not much in vicinity but good public bus service to many other areas of Gran Canaria. We loved the market in puerto Morgan If you are self catering beware there is no oven in bungalows. Just electric rings kettle and toaster

Does what it says on the tin. Booked apartment only with a friend. Very clean, beautiful terrace for late afternoon sunbathing. Had everything we needed. Pool lovely , plenty of sunbeds. All in all a lovely budget break. The only negative was that we had to use the bedding from second twin for bed settee and not easy to convert to a bed.

Travelled as group of 8 adults of various ages for a 60th birthday. Other than having to wait for 2 rooms check in was good. The hotel is basic as reflected in its 2 stars but we paid 2 star prices. Rooms were clean and had clean beddings and towels, it could have down with some soap in all rooms as ours had some but others didn’t. Food was basic and could have been hotter but there was always something to eat and drinks were fine. The pool was cold but clean as it was cleaned everyday. The only downside I would say is lack of entertainment or music in the day however when the life guard played some she got moaned at so you can’t please everyone. A lot of people sat moaning on repeat by the pool doing nothing but moaning about the food / drinks but clearly it wasn’t that bad as they tucked into their massive plates and clearly forgot they had already moaned 600 that day. For a cheap get away it’s perfect as long as you don’t expect 5 star treatment for 2 star prices. Staff all friendly, gave us everything we asked for a booked taxis when requested! Would return as a group

The worst all inclusive so far food cold bland went with my sister and partners 3 in there 60s rude staff at bar young lady and man couple of nights slammed drink on bar arguing with each other only decent two staff was young bar men simon and Carlos apologised for the other two bar staff lady with blonde her on reception needs to learn some manners as soon as u go to check out shes there ready to snip your band of before she takes your key very rude it was 1010 when I went to put cases in locker as had afternoon flight she cut it of despite check out 11 so we could not get a coffee cold drink as band cut off would never step foot in that place again

Where do I start. Worst holiday I've had to date. Food, apart from fresh salad fruit and fresh bread thankfully, It was awful, same for breakfast everyday, cold cocktail sausage of the hotdogs style, fried eggs beans gravy vegetables, all cold!! Selection varied at lunch and dinner but yet again all cold. When we arrived the lady on reception gave us times for bar/food but no local information which is very unusual!! Staff unfortunately miserable and rude apart from one young male who made an effort and actually smiled. Had a massage the lady who did mine on the Tuesday was very lovely! I would not recommend anyone to go to this place . Shame because the taxi drivers and restaurants we ended up going out to were amazing.

I don’t know where to start but EVERYTHING is horrendous. We are a family of 3 on all inclusive. Food is disgusting. I prepared myself for bad because of the price we paid, but this is what nightmares are made of. We have eat out for every meal because it’s so bad. Staff are so rude! I’m writing this review because the member of staff in the photo attached just walked from behind the bar when I approached, made himself a coffee and sat down to watch TV (I asked his colleague is he taking a break and the answer was no as he laughed). Yesterday a baby nearly drown in the pool because the life guards just st play on their phone all day. People were crying around the pool in freight of nearly witnessing a 3 year old drowning. They have cleaned our room once in 7 days. Every 3rd day they knock your door, ask for your dirty towels and then bring them back later that day so your without towels for hours. There’s no entertainment only bingo every couple of nights. I can’t say one good thing about the place. Every group of families we have met have said the same thing. STAY WELL AWAY FROM VISTA OASIS.
