Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania, pokoje jak na zdjęciach. Jedzenie pyszne, różnorodne, kuchnia włoska, Meksykańska, owoce morza, świeże owoce i warzywa, live cooking. Minibar w cenie uzupełniany codziennie. Duży wybór drinków serwowany w kilku barach na terenie hotelu. Plaża przy hotelu średnia, ale w okolicy jest ładna piaszczysta plaża do której trzeba iść około 30 minut główna promenada.

Byliśmy na tydzień w tym hotelu. Niestety trochę nas rozczarował, wymaga odświeżenia, czystość raczej nie jest na pierwszym miejscu. Posciel ręczniki wymianę bez zarzutu, pokój coś nie coś sprzatany. W restauracji podczas posiłków na talerzach niestety jakieś resztki itd, trochę wszystko się kleiło.. jedzenie hm coś się znajdzie ale bez szału,dobre śniadanie, desery do kolacji, owoce spoko, obsługa na 5+. Nas po prostu nie zachwycił.....

Zwiedziliśmy trochę świata, nocując głównie w dobrych hotelach jednak ten, pomimo swoich lat, pozwolił odczuć 5 gwizdek w pełnym tego słowa znaczeniu. Posiłki, obsługa, oferta all, faktycznie jest tym o czym można wymarzyć, wymagać i oczekiwać. Czuliśmy się jak w raju przez prawie 2 tygodnie mając wokół siebie aniołów. Gorące pozdrowienia dla wszystkich pracowników hotelu!!!!

Hotel stawia na jakość, a nie na ilość i to się przyjemnie czuje na każdym kroku. Luz w restauracjach i przy basenach, bardzo miła obsługa, dobre, urozmaicone jedzenie, bardzo dobre markowe alkohole w opcji all inclusive.Ciekawa architektura hotelu, niska zabudowa, kameralna, świetna lokalizacja przy końcu promenady - idealna baza wypadowa na długie spacery wzdłuż oceanu w kierunku centrum Maspalomas i latarnii Faro.. Obsługa bardzo dba o czystość, baseny i otoczenie dokładnie sprzątane co rano Jedyne niedogodność to duży hałas w weekendy dochodzący z pobliskiej dyskoteki Taboo przy plaży - w piątki, soboty i niedziele głośna muzyka do 4.00 rano, bez szans na zaśnięcie przy otwartym oknie.

A wonderful 5 night stay here in March 2024. We were half board and that was great for us for a short stay. Hotel is really lovely in a great position next to the promenade. With being HB, we had lunch at the nearby restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast and evening meal at the hotel were good, plenty of choice. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and even a set of scales! Cleaning and presentation of the hotel was of a very high standard. All staff were helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again! Would highly recommend!

First time in Gran Canaria, and we stayed at this jewel of a hotel tho the west of Meloneras. Manicured gardens, magnificent hotel, wonderful staff and a great location 1.5 miles from the Maspalomas lighthouse and a number of shops and restaurants with Lad Dunas, just beyond. We went half board although there was an AI option. Bar prices were lower than the uk for those not on AI. A local commercial area (very quiet) below the hotel overlooking Playa de Meloneras, also had a number of good restaurants and a supermarket for other essentials. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well kept. Its architecture and design is beautiful and tasteful, they kept buildings low and the hall is a masterpiece. You get stunning views everywhere, shelter from Northerly winds and the location is the last resort of the Meloneras stretch, so you only see ocean or golf club on the side. Quiet. They did a fine job with buffet and kids enter tainment. Nice soa. And if you are wondering whether the pools are heated, the answer is yes: 1 pool full heat, 1 even bigger one is half-heated, still enough. Special thanks to Paula, Alian and Janice - for taking great care of us and our kids!

Just returned from a fortnight at this hotel. It was a lovely clean hotel in a gorgeous location. Little things let it down, no tea and coffee facilities in our room, apparently because it wasn’t one of the renovated rooms!?!? We could get a kettle but would have to buy tea coffee and milk from the shop! Or pay €4 a day for a coffee machine. Never stayed in a 5 star hotel with no coffee facilities. The lining of the main pool was awful underfoot, badly needed redoing. The snack bar by the pool only starts serving food at 3.30 pm so you have to go to the restaurant if you want to eat before then. Smokers have 3 designated areas within the whole hotel which consists of 2 benches. Nowhere to sit and have a drink and smoke if you wish so you are up and down to these areas. Also no smoking on your balcony so have to go down to a designated area to be able to have a cigarette. Again not important to a lot of people but if you smoke it’s a pain. We were only given a bowl of nuts once in the piano bar with our drinks, we were told to take snacks from the mini bar, which was only refilled every other day. But on the whole the staff, cleanliness and location were excellent. Would we return, no. This hotel does not compare to 5 star hotels we have stayed elsewhere. More 3/4. The building works didn’t cause disruption to us which was something we were worried about.

I arrived at the hotel for check-in with my husband and my 14-month-old baby and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to assist us. There were several empty tables, and the staff were staring at their computers as if we weren't there. Eventually, I approached the desk and asked to check in. Another unacceptable issue for a supposed 5-star hotel (which I would rate 2.5 stars at best) is the lack of an elevator in the parking area. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs—terrible! When we finally got to our room, it looked like we had paid for a bus station hotel. Everything was very old (the previous 4-star hotel we stayed in was much better). In the restaurant, there's an older waitress with short hair who picks and chooses whom she wants to serve. I noticed she only served tables that ordered wine, likely for tips. This was very unprofessional. The next day, I went to the baby pool, which is supposed to be heated. The pool was ice cold, so I couldn't even take my baby in. At night, it was impossible to sleep due to the unbearable noise. I couldn't wait to leave this place. The only polite staff were the towel attendants and the housekeeping staff, who were always smiling. The rest seemed underpaid and dissatisfied. The worst part was at checkout. The receptionist obligatorily asked, "Was everything alright?" My husband responded, "No," and she didn't even bother to ask what went wrong. I found this very poor. The least they could do is ask, "What didn't you like?" In summary, I will not return. I genuinely don't know how this hotel managed to get a 5-star rating. Terrible!
