The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.

Belle hotel bien placé !, piscine et jacuzzi attention chauffée au soleil de l Espagne , donc en octobre un peu fraiche !!; il manquait une petite bouteille d eau dans la chambre , rien dans le mini bar !!!. pour un 4 étoiles ça manque !!!

Wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff.
But the aging and outdated hotel lets them down. Whilst clean and comfortable, the rooms need serious updating. There werent any plugs apart from the one for the TV. The superfluous TV which had zero reception. We got around the plug situation, but just proves it hasnt moved into the 21st century and certainly needs attention. The room we had was most likely not the best on offer. It shared the corridor with the restaurant and a couple of toilets which smelled a little.
Seriously, the staff were great. The hotel was good for a night. But just need to manage the expectations!
Excellent location with parking for €20/day.

Clean and staff very nice and helpful. I upgraded to a suite it was bigger than the regular room but it did not have a shower or dresser of some sort for my clothes I had to put them on the bed.

Good hotel and friendly staff, very clean and well located. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it's not well sound proofed, and the room stays very humid after a very short shower.

Receptionist lovely. Four star hotel 50 years ago. Main area and corridor ok. Room poor. Shower was loose on wall and the shower head should have been replaced 30 years ago. Breakfast was buffet hot things were Luke warm at best. I have never had such a shameful breakfast. Would return to Grenada will never stay at this hotel or recommend it. It requires a total upgrade and the cook sacking.
