Azure Beach Boutique Hotel

Just spent 7 nights at this boutique hotel. It is in a fabulous spot with amazing views from the front which you never tire of. The room was plenty big enough with a large comfortable bed,the room was serviced every day even on Sundays. Breakfast was perfect every morning I looked forward to sitting on the terrace watching the view whilst eating lovely fresh food. The staff were really helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. With a sun set right in front of you each day. The breakfast however was average especially for the fruits and the hygiene. You can take a bus just in front of the hotel and you can have access to many restaurants by foot.

This small hotel is hosted by the owner and her lovely assistant Yesha. They could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to provide assistance and tips and tricks to make a great stay. The room we stayed in was quite simple with satellite TV (French and African channels but better than nothing) good shower and was serviced daily. The breakfast was again simple with fruit, croissants and baguette and eggs prepared as you wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel which is a stone's throw away from the water (albeit across the road) and the restaurant on the ground floor is really good with a menu of seafood and other great dishes.

If the only thing that matters to you is a breathtaking view, then you will be left smiling. Living on the island now for just over a year, we often go out looking for good places to enjoy a nice meal, today was breakfast with some friends. We called ahead to ensure they can accommodate us and we were told the breakfast is a buffet. Cost of RS500 per person. Gorgeous balcony tables overlooking the stunning Grand Baie. Started us off with very nice croissants, fresh fruit juices, fresh fruits and yogurt. Being caffeine ******* we also requested some coffee which they gladly provided. At this point if you are a small eater and have below average expectations you would be reasonably pleased with what you have received thus far, even though this is by no means a buffet breakfast. A second waiter came to our table asking us how we would like our eggs done. There were a mix of scrambled(for my friend's 3 year old) and omelets for my son and my friend's wife. For my friend, my wife and myself we requested fried eggs. I asked for my eggs to be easy over. This was a unexpected response to how i would like my eggs done, so i explained that i like my egg white to be fully cooked, and my yolk to be somewhat runny. Yes weird hey, i dont like jelly under done egg white .... is that weird? At this time all of us requesting fried eggs explained that we all prefer our egg whites to be fully cooked. When the waiter returned with all our eggs sunny side up with white jelly egg whites, he was very aggressive towards all of us for not placing our egg orders correctly. He told us all that we ordered sunny side eggs. Wow ! The single 10cm tasteless cold Vienna we received with our eggs got its only flavour from the little bit of bbq sauce that it was placed ot top of. Maybe its just us, maybe we are used to better, or maybe we just expect some value for our hard earned money. Who knows. If you have only ever eaten at a school cafeteria, and a view is worth more that the food, this establishment may not disappoint you as much as it did us. For the price and bad service we received, you will never see any of us again.

My girlfriend and i spend one day in the hotel and the room was perfect with an awesome view🫶🏾Victor was very kind with us, he provide us the best service than expected, Food was very good and we gonna definitely come back for another new experience 🫶🏾

We spent eight days here stating at the apar**ent with sea view. And literally the ocean was by our terrace. Large 2-bedrooom apar**ent with a large living room and a large kitchen. Daily cleaned. Good continental breakfast was included and served at the second-floor restaurant at the main building across Sunset Boulevard. And we were helped at the reception with various queries. We consider that we received great value for the price.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Grand Baie with unobstructed views of the lagoon and bay area. You can easily pass time watching the boats and pristine blue waters. The hotel staff, Yeshna and Victor were extremely hospitable and they went out of their way to make our anniversary stay a memorable one. They helped decorate the room with rose petals and flowers and attended to our every need. Breakfast was simple, yet scrumptious and filling. Daniel and Sakshi fried the best medium eggs, which we thoroughly enjoyed. while watching the stunning view. The overall service at the hotel is top class. During cyclone Freddy, when the island was in lockdown, the owner stayed at the hotel to ensure that all guests were safe and taken care off. The rooms are neat, spacious and are cleaned daily. Thank you Azure hotel for the amazing hosting and we will definitely we back when we visit again!

The Azure Boutique is perfectly situated in Grand Baie, with a clear view across the bay, you can watch the yachts & sunset from the balconies or the restaurant/bar on the ground floor (La Kaza #No1 votes restaurant in G/Baie). The rooms are modern, clean, lovely & spacious. The staff are excellent, they put customer service first & can arrange anything you need. I wanted a hire car, it was outside 20 minutes later (€70 for 2 days). You are just on the edge of Grand Baie central so a very short walk to everything but away from the noise of the town centre. I highly recommend this hotel. La Kaza Restaurant is a massive bonus too.

Most definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed and truly the most wonderful happy welcoming people I have met! Service was professional and room was lovely and an extra special thanks to Victor and his colleague who kept my room immaculate! Owner, receptionist and all the staff made my trip the best ever! I would rate a 10 not 5 as top and most definitely I will return. Location is truly amazing and well all I can say it thank you to all who made my trip memorable!
