Nice, clean facility. Staff was great and accommodating. Nice area with lots of dining options within walking distance.

Property was new and close to dining and night life. Chicken N Pickle was walking distance from parking lot. Room was very clean and quiet.

The hitel was nice. Having restaurants close by was great. However, there is not really Hotel designated parking. So when all the restaurants are busy and with an outdoor event in full swing, as a paying guest I was disappointed in not being able to park near the hotel.

Very Nice Property, Less than 6 months old, Stayed in the Double Queen Deluxe Room, Room was Very Spacious/Large, Comfortable and Clean, Parking was a Little Congested Due to A Prom At the Property,
But Overall Enjoyed the Stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Grand Prairie Epic Central.

This was a great stay for our weekend at Epic Waters! Close food and pickleball for the family! Our room had a smart tv so we could watch Netflix at night! There was some construction happening in the lobby but it didn’t inconvenience us too much!

Property was nice and new, room was spacious. The amenities were either under construction or not open, so that was a con. Also, no breakfast. You’re paying for adjacency to surrounding amenities.

Everything was good but I didn't realize they went to mostly all valet parking after a certain time until I was confronted with the situation then I had to park underground not a deal breaker but I wish I would have been told

This hotel has a few restaurants that you can dine aside from being close to Epic Waterpark. However, the AC unit in our is quite loud.

All of the staff was completely amazing (including the room service robots.) The only downfall was the wifi service. You have to re-login literally every 3-5 minutes. It gets super annoying, super fast. Other than that, we loved it!
