I'm completely unimpressed with the fact that they took my deposit and have not told me why and will not tell me why. So clearly it wasn't because they thought I was smoking in the room or they would say that and they would want more money because that's supposed to be a $500 fine. But the room that I was in they never had a problem with or a complaint with when they did go in and clean it so I don't understand why they had a problem with it on the day that I left and won't tell me what it was I want my deposit back.

Great place but need key card access for the elevators. Homeless man smoking in the hall right outside my room. I felt very uncomfortable.

The hotel advertises free Airport pickup . we arrived at 2 am Feb 12, 2024.
I called the hotel to ask if they would send a taxi for us and the lady from the hotel said I had to call.
I asked if it had to be a specific taxi company and she said any taxi ad they would pay. We took a Yellow cab to the hotel and based on the information we received we told the cab driver the hotel would pay him
When we got to the reception desk the clerk said it was only Apple cabs that they use. We had to pay and there was no offer to reimburse us. I think this is really poor service and am not sure I would stay or recomment your hotel to anyone .

The hotel was clean and spacious rooms. Staff was wonderful. The only negative would be the breakfast "buffet". The eggs were like soup, bacon was super thin and tasted like paper. Only 3 options. The boiled eggs in the cooler were plastic and not available. Other then that the stay, room and staff were amazing.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast would be good but on the weekends they serve it late (7:00) a.m. We needed to leave early so we couldn't enjoy full breakfast menu. They were out of some items on breakfast as well.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were so friendly. We left behind a portable phone charger and they called us while we were still in the parking lot to let us know to come back. Will def stay here again!
