I made a reservation for my wife and son traveling cross country. They were exhausted when they got in at 7:40pm. There was no line in the foyer, but the person at the desk was so slow, and after giving them keys that didn’t work and having to go back and wait again for the slow clerk to get new ones, they did not get into the room until 8:30. 50 MINUTES to get into a room!! And the whole time the clerk was saying how long she had been working and how tired she was. Worst check in ever! I tried to call to complain, but no one answered the listed number for the hotel. I’m all for showing grace to struggling employees, but the reason you’re there is for tired travelers, not to exhaust them more.

Walls pretty thin. Could hear tv next door until 3am. Breakfast ok- not stocked very well. Wasn’t overly impressed with cleanliness.

Property is not well maintained. Locks on doors, which are exterior, did not work properly. Kids did not feel safe so we left property without entering room. Despite, hotel did not refund our payment. In addition, still holding the $100 deposit 4 days later!! Have not responded to Travelocity attempts to recover. Feels like theft.

our room was dirty and smelled stale. there were stains on the pillows and the sheets. the floor was not swept. the bathtub had dirt on the bottom. the entire place was dirty inside and out. the lady who checked is in was nice and understanding. the next lady who checked us out looked dirty and was rude. we would never stay here again.

Easy check-in. Comfy bed. Relatively quiet. Perfect for an inexpensive stay on the way to another destination.

Toilet was stopped up, almost overflowed. Desk and chair were too close to front door, caused congestion with suitcases.

I booked here on expendia and they asked for my credit card at check in for a refundable deposit but actually charged me again for the room on my personal acct. The staff was incompetent and I was never able to get a refund for the double charge even though I had all the proof of their stupidity!

Stayed one night on the way to AZ; adequate accommodations for weary travelers; there is a 100.00 deposit required, which I find ridiculous.
Staff was friendly, room is simple & clean , bed was very comfortable, property was quiet all night; a decent place to stay & plenty of dining options; walking distance from Walmart.
