The hotel lobby and room was clean and comfortable and stylish. There is a mall across the street and lots of various dining options. It was quiet and safe.

Staff were great, hotel isn’t sound proof so you can hear the planes all day and night, could use some updating.

If you stay remember you have to request housekeeping its not a given daily thing. We spent two nights and 3 days and never had fresh towels, bed change or trash removal. They never told us it had to be requested instead of a normal thing that was done.

Clean and quiet. The only thing that bothered me was that at 8:30 am, I had housekeeping knocking on my door. I had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN outside my door, too. Check out time is at 11. Everything else was good. Clean and quiet. I will definitely recommend.

The hotel was pretty good, nice area. We loved that it offered shuttle to the airport. But we had some issues. The smell in the room was bad, like dirty air filters or something. Then, our TV went out and after we called front desk to report it, nobody came over to look at it, nor were we offered any other solutions. We also had problems with ac/heat. We were having trouble changing temperature of the room and couldn't shut the fan off.

1st time staying in Grapevine. Came for the downtown festivities and the Gaylord ICE exhibit. Perfect location for everything and great price! King bed room was huge and pull out bed was nice for our 6yr old! Will definitely stay again.

The water heater went out, cold showers was not pleasamt,they fixed it for half a day,then cold again,,,rooms could use a little attention, linens can be renewd,especially towels, parking is not very good,,but all on all, i would stay agaon!
