Clim en panne et pas prévenu à l’avance. La directrice adjointe a fait un geste commercial , mais comme évoqué j’aurais préféré être prévenu en amont et avoir le choix de venir plutôt que de découvrir la panne une fois installé en chambre. J’ai été gêné par le fait que la directrice adjointe n’est pas la délicatesse de debriefer de mon mécontentement à ses équipes sans prendre de précautions d’être assez loin de moi et des autres clients. Je suis partagée sur la qualité de service… Hôtel accueillant des réfugiés - À 21h tout est calme. Toutefois Les coursives et escaliers sales (mégots…) Le cadre de l’hôtel et la ville sont très agréable.

Cet hôtel est devenu centre d'accueil pour migrants. En effet, l'hôtel est occupé par des migrants, 50 minimum. Ils naviguent librement autour de l'hôtel et dans la commune et peuvent venir devant les chambres qui sont accessibles par des coursives extérieures. De plus cela fait beaucoup de bruits, vous ne pourrez pas dormir.

Bon accueil chambre mal entretenue : pas de télécommande pour la climatisation/chauffage qui n'était donc pas réglable. Écoulement des eaux de la douche très mauvais Lampe sur table non fonctionnelle.

Nous avons trouvé que la température dans la chambre était juste et pourtant le thermostat que nous n'avons pas touché était à 25°. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas (arrêt sur image, et perte de paroles).

un grand merci à toute l'équipe du Campanile: amabilité, gentillesse, attention...un séjour bien agréable. Les restrictions Covid sont bien gérées et rassurantes. Les façades de chambres et couloirs d'accès auraient besoin d'un petit lifting...

Etablissement bien géré avec un personnel très sympathique, une cuisine très bonne et variée au restaurant. La carte des vins est variée également. Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant ; bref un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Viaggiato ad agosto, con un gruppo. La nostra camera guardava il parcheggio davanti e al piano terra, non consigliata, prendete la camera al primo piano sul retro, sono più tranquille. Tutto nella media: stanza, piccola ma c'è tutto, colazione, cena. Molto carino il vicino paesino di Chateauneuf, da visitare.

Avendo pagato euro 54 per la tripla, reputo sia un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Le stanze sono minime, essenziali, ma confortevoli. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo. Va bene per chi deve solo soggiornare e non ha troppe esigenze.
