Stayed at Sunnydene early January whilst having day tickets for Potters Resort. Great location for Potters and Great Yarmouth. Sunnydene is warm, cozy and Natalie and Nick are excellent hosts. Breakfast was also excellent. Definetly would highly recommend Sunnydene.

Fantastic stay - friendly hosts who made us feel really welcome. The room was lovely and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Having on site parking was a bonus too. Great place to stay for Great Yarmouth - around 25 minute walk into the main town. Highly recommended.

Lovely one night stay with these lovely hosts. Made me feel really welcome and at home in a lovely environment. Not far to the beach and local facilities plus local pub withing stumbling distance. Great breakfast and excellent value. Thanks guys!

Great. Couldn't have been better. Fantastic breakfasts. Hosts so welcoming and helpful. Room was immaculate, clean and very comfortable bed. Very quiet. Near seafront for walk. Also near bus stop or walkable into town. Would recommend to anyone.

Very easy to check in, the hosts are very good and attentive. Any requests were well serviced. The layout of the spaces ensured privacy, we couldn’t hear the other guests which was great as we needed the peace and quiet.
Easy to get to GY from here , the beach is a short walk away which was convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The host’s warm welcome and friendliness made my experience truly memorable. The convenient location and hospitable a**osphere exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Great guest house,Natalie and nick great hosts. Room was very comfortable, breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Lovely and quiet area 10/15 minute walk to town centre. Very clean house, personal choice we would have liked a blind in the bathroom but glass is obscured. Support this local business, will return next time we have a weekend in gt Yarmouth . Thanks for a great stay.

The Sunnydene was a great place for our 3 night stay in Yarmouth recently. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, a choice of continental or cooked breakfasts. Buses passed the hotel and took you into Yarmouth town centre, perfect. Natalie and Nick were very friendly and helpful and great hosts, highly recommended. Viv and Keith Smith, Maidstone
