We had the perfect stay at Hemel and Aarde over the weekend of 12-13 October. All we needed to do was pack our clothes and snacks everything else was sorted from toiletries to coffee and milk. It was so peaceful that we fell asleep by 9pm the setup was perfect for a couple just wanting to spend some time alone. The restaurant on the premises was amazing for a bite to eat and some drinks.

Neat, tidy, clean. Place was well tended, bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Owner and her staff were welcoming and very friendly. Her honey is lovely. Spent 4 nights there. Be aware that there are bees and chickens on the premises. They weren’t an issue at all.

Lovely spot to stay, both in terms of actual accommodation and the position. Walking distance to a brewery with a restaurant, but not in the midst of too much noise and activity.

Hemel en Aarde Village accommodation is a wonderful homely accommodation. The owners are hospitable and kind. They make your stay welcoming and go the extra mile. The accommodation is clean and the little extras, like a rusk in the morning, is generous and a touch above the rest.

Had a fantastics weekend here. Lovely snug cottages within striking distance of the Hemel and Aarde Valley. I would defeinitely recommend this accommodation.

A wonderfully comfortable two night stay in their self catering upstairs loft/studio room. Attention to detail meant everything was to hand - it was as if we were in a four star hotel! Christine the owner was most welcoming and approachable. Very special. We’ll be back.

Situated close to Hermanus and Walker Bay, Hemel en Aarde Village Accommodation is a quiet and private place, at the area there are lot of shopping and food varieties including a brewery and a wonderful wine bar wuth an excellent selection of South African wines from all regions.
