Super 8 by Wyndham Green River

Stay away! The hotel was filthy, windows were broken, no toilet paper in room, carpet was stained, although they say pet friendly you have to walk your dogs 2 blocks away to relieve themselves. Got our money back and left immediately.

Heater kept room over 88degrees even when set at 63. TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work. Plugs were loose and didn’t work. We couldn’t wait to leave!

People friendly but rooms were dirty. Carpets and chairs were stained badly. Checked in dirty towels left on hooks from previous guests. First room they gave me heater would not shut off. Hotter than a rest home. .

I want to start off by saying the staff is very accommodating and so so kind. Our TV wasn’t working when we got to the room and they made sure they got everything working before they left our room. The building and room itself needs some work. The carpets were not vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty. There was still a dirty towel hanging behind the door. The beds are very worn and really need to be replaced. The heater/AC in the room was not working properly. The heat is either on full blast or the unit had to be turned off. When we initially walked into our room it was a stifling 90 degrees. Because it was not bearable to leave the heat on through the night, there were some very cold nights. Would have been nice to have more than two bedsheets on the bed. There was no hot (or even warm) water in the shower or sink. After ice fishing all day, having to take a cold shower was torture. Again, the staff is here SO KIND! They greeted us every time we came in and left. But this building needs some major improvements.

NO way for handicap to get in with wheelchair! Nothing like the pictures! Couldn't stay there and still got charged

Room was dirty. The bathroom was really dirty. The shower had something brown all over it. Looked like blood. There appears to be mold on the ceiling and the paint is peeling. Hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom.

Overall property was ok. Somewhat off the main road but not difficult to find. The walls are thin, and you can hear other guests. Property was somewhat dated and didn't appear to be in the safest area but was fine. It is close to the police station.

Property was clean and the staff was nice. fair price. the only problem was no coffee cups in the morning and no one around to ask. came back later and there were cups but the coffee was cold.

The bed was comfortable! Unfortunately they only had decaf coffee in the room. I used the packaged oatmeal and used “hot” water from a carafe and it was cold like it had been sitting overnight.
