Amazing stay, beautiful rooms with ample space, comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors and seating. Only downside was housekeeping knocking on door before 10 and then again at 11 to check on when we were leaving. Felt a little rushed.

Clean property, facilities are decent/good, suites are good size, bathrooms are nice. I’d stay here again!

It was very comfortably as usual. We have been back before & enjoyed our stay. The only thing is, you could use a little more lighting. Elderly folks like us, had a little trouble seeing. We would rate our experience @ 5 stars.

They pump so much floral scent into their air conditioner it is over bearing. By the time we finished checking in it was in my throat, my nose, and I could taste it. Even worse in the morning coming off the elevator when it overpowered the smell of fresh made breakfast. NOT NEEDED!! Take it out. Any sensitivity to smell or allergies do not stay here.

From the front desk staff to house keeping everyone was accommodating!!! The Hotel was clean, would definitely stay there again!!!!

We booked this room because the hotel was near the airport and we had an early flight on a Sunday morning. I called twice to verify that the hotel had shuttle service to the airport and that we could leave our car parked there for the 10 days that we would be gone. I talked to the same young lady (Bailey) both times. Both times I asked specifically about the shuttle service and was told that they did. But when we got there to check in we were told that their shuttle only ran M-F from 9-5! We ended up having to drive ourselves over to the airport the next morning and had to pay an add'l $100 for parking in addition to the $188 we had to pay for the room. Even though I booked the room thru *******, I feel we should be compensated for the expense of the extra $100 for parking at the airport since we were misinformed about the shuttle.
