Always a great stay when I’m passing through or business meetings . The food is amazing . Shrimp tacos and shrimp pasta 👍🏽👍🏽

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Extremely convenient to Tanger center and walkable to other entertainment options. I was very disappointed though to have to pay for Wi-Fi at a hotel at this price point.

Overall a nice hotel - although the temps in the lobby and hallways were kept at elevated heat temperatures and the ac in the rooms did not work.

Great staff, from front desk to the bistro and lounge. Check in was easy and delightful, the desk clerk waa fabulous.
If seeing a show at The Tanger Center, this is the place to stay....maybe a 3 minute walk, perfect!

Arrived in the evening after driving 8 hours to tv and refrigerator not working and a midget height toilet. While the staff was wonderfully accomodating, it showed us that this hotel maintenance is not up to standard. ...will probably stay elsewhere next trip.

Second time at this hotel. Checking in has always been easy. A**osphere was calm and pleasant. There was a wedding being hoseted at this hotel but i was able to get a higher floor without asking. This way i can see Greensboro from a different angle. Parking is on the property. The hotel wasn't noisy at all. Room was clean. I only stayed during the nite hours, checked in at Sunset and checked out by Sunrise.
