This place deserves to be shut down for the way they treat their customers. I booked and waited for 2 hours to get a room and did not have a credit card but had all the proper information and apple pay. If you do not take apple pay that is fine. However, after 30 minutes of sitting around waiting, they had the POLICE come threaten to arrest me on zero grounds. I did not cause a disturbance, I did not do anything wrong. Undoubtedly I could’ve beaten the case since I literally didn’t do anything. I did get quite rowdy after the police came up to me for one reason and one reason only. The manager could’ve simply told me to leave. He didn’t have to be a p*ssy and do it through the police. You guys suck. I called corporate to file an official complaint.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Immediately beside ball park. Could watch a game from the second floor pool in season. Brewery one block away but didnt get a chance to try it out.

The day after check in I went to the desk to ask why no one had made the bed or cleaned the room while I was away. I was told that they clean every other day. I asked where this was noted? She pointed to a document that they created and printed out at the desk. It was not noted on their website. With the price increase rate charged for High Point Market week I was not happy. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not come in and make up your bed, collect your towels, etc for you each day!

No fridge! No ice on my floor. I didn’t know I would have to pay to park. No tub. Poor breakfast and fruit. Who likes turkey bacon? Only the coffee was good. Upon arrival I asked if there was coffee available for the guests as I needed a boost. Was told they could sell my some Starbucks. What kind of hotel doesn’t offer complimentary coffee? Won’t stay there again.

Staff was polite however the property had issues. My suite’s AC didn’t work, bedding looked dingy/very used, and one out of the two elevators were broken
