The staff were excellent friendly, professional,and helpful. The staff even upon arrival made the stay worth being there However the lobby was nasty and the furniture was nasty, old. The lobby wasn’t clean at all the breakfast was nasty and did not consider other others dietary restrictions. We won’t stay here again. We know that employment within the hospitality division is understaff however if you want to provide quality you must give quality to employees to maintain the quality experience in your hotel.

Wish I had a known the condition of this hotel. It was ok, but there was rust around the bathroom door and stains on the carpet in the room.

The property doesn’t seem to be maintained as well as other country inn and suites I’ve stayed at. I opted into staying on the first floor for easy access (I was offered a room on the 3rd and 4th floor as well) and that was a HUGE mistake. The walls were very thin, I heard everyone that entered the hotel it seemed. I was also right next to the elevator. The fridge in the room did not close properly and their tea selection for breakfast was terrible (literally only one type of tea). For me those three things along with the modest accommodations of a 2.5 star hotel warranted my 2 star rating.

The ladies at the front desk were very kind. However, the room itself needed improvement. Hardly any lighting in the room, not many plug ins, had to unplug the coffee maker and microwave to use hair tools. The lamps in the room had two bulbs and one was burnt out, same as in the bathroom-only one working bulb. Beds were comfy and appeared clean. Another complaint is that the entire property smelled like ****. The “breakfast” was not worth it. It was a waffle maker and a juice machine along with some bananas and prepackaged muffins.

The staff deserves 5 STARS the were so personable and friendly!! Our room was very clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The young lady working the front desk was very rude and nasty towards me . Wouldn’t let me check in then when did so put me in a dirty room when I made her aware she got rude with me saying she doesn’t care if I’m upset it’s not her hotel she said to take it out on a person name Sam who’s the manager and that he wouldn’t do anything about. I have her on video and I have pictures of the room she placed me in. I had to go to the other hotel and speak with Kristin who was very nice and professional and helped me with my issues . If it wasn’t for her this place would loose so much business

Our night was awful. The room not the cleanest. Towels had stains on them. We were on the first floor close to the lobby and we were woken up by loud noises and and banging at 2 in the morning and that lasted until about 4. This was the worst ever.

The check in staff was very nice and helpful, recommendations for food. The room was spacious but the bathroom could of been cleaner. The faucet in the sink barely reached the sink, so it was weird to was your hands. For the price I was disappointed with the breakfast.
