Had a great weekend stay. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Was there for Soccer Tournament. The staff is friendly and the hotel is very clean. You can tell they take pride in there service.

They recently painted and did some renovations so the smell of paint was still there. The rooms were clean and the beds were soft and comfy. Our sink in the bathroom would not drain so we were moved to another room on the same floor so that we would remain close to our party. The pool was not open. The continental breakfast was really good. Staff was polite and helpful. They do place a hold on your card for $100 even thou the room was fully paid for just to make sure no damage or smoking in the room. The money will be returned to your account in 1-5 business days. Overall we had a good, quiet overnight stay.

The hotel sits back off a busy street so there were no noise issues. It is an older hotel but they are nicely refurbishing it. The bed was comfy and room was ample space. Breakfast was typical but clean and well stocked. The 2 different desk clerks we dealt with were very pleasant. The breakfast staff was very friendly. I must say they all were VERY honest. I left my wallet in the room and forgot it. I live 500 miles away. I called the next day and they reported that my wallet was turned in and was currently in a safe. They UPS’d it to me and I received it today-4 days later WITH ALL MY MONEY and CREDIT CARDS inside!!!!!! That means the cleaning person as well as the management were super honest people!!! God bless them all!!! So rare to find such honesty today. I was hoping for the contents to be there because they were all so nice so I was still surprised to receive it all back!!! So DEFINITELY we will stay there again and we encourage travelers to stay there.

The beds were great. Everyone there was beyond nice. The big problem was they were doing repairs during our stay and spray painting doors outside right next to my rental car and got paint all over my car and didn’t to protect it first. The good part is they cleaned it for me at their expense.

We booked rhis room months in advance for parent's weekend at East Carolina. The hotel called me 1 week before our stay to tell me the room was now $450 per night! Double what I booked for. The room was filthy and not even worth the original $200 per night. Very disappointing. Every hotel was already booked so we were left with no choice but to pay the higher price or cancel our trip. Very unprofessional! Tried to add photos of dirty room but it won't let me.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, had ample space and it was nice having a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and has great pillows. The lobby is welcoming, breakfast was good and set up nicely. Conveniently located to ECU! Only negative was the shower curtain had mildew on it...not sure how cleaning crew overlooked it.
