Our spacious guest rooms feature contemporary decor with stylish furnishings including the Hyatt Grand beds, state-of-the-art media and work center with a high-definition 42 inch flat panel television that easily integrates with laptops and other electronic devices, a cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Complimentary breakfast. Our breakfast includes premium ingredients, cage-free eggs, and regional chef-inspired dishes. A 24-hour Grab and Go food outlet. 28NOV22-22MAR23: The hotel will be undergoing renovations during this time frame. The work will be conducted Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM, and Saturday-Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM. At times, there will be noise involved, especially during demolition activities. During those times, we will endeavor to inform guests in advance so that they can plan accordingly and so we can mitigate the customer service impact of any prolonged disturbance. We will block rooms and take rooms out of order whenever feasible to create a buffer between construction work and our occupied rooms. At times some services may be temporarily impacted. The room was clean and larger than I expected. Used the pool area and the fitness room, both were clean and maintained. The only surprise was that we had to pay for parking at the hotel, in there parking lot.

The property is really nice.
The only downside is the $10 / day parking to park in the back of the hotel.

When I initially arrived there was only 1 person, which made the wait longer than usual. He did provide me with complimentary cup of coffee. The beds were great and comfortable and room was nice. The barhtub was dirty and hadnt been cleaned. I had to clean it before showering.

Property was good overall we stay for 5 days we enjoy it, my only complaints has to be breakfast didn't have many options since it was the same almost everyday but not bad for what it is. Now the room was clean but the beds where definitely not change from the previous client, I found hair and dirt inside the bed when I pull the blankets back it was gross honestly also the pool is not heated. And it was crazy cold outside. I ask for xtra blankets to change my bed and they had holes in it. So overall good stay

Hyatt Place is our go-to hotel when visiting our son in the DTC. It is close, easy access and affordable. The hotel has recently been updated including the rooms and the bathrooms. There is a small fitness room which has working machines and towels, wipes etc. The daily breakfast has good food that gets you on your way. The parking is right behind the building, but there is a $7/day fee. This is similar to the other hotels in the area.

Great customer service, very big and comfortable room, good breakfast choices in the free buffet. Area around the hotel is clean and safe. It’s conveniently located. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Well I did not know there would be a high pet fee. It was not in my budget. But other than that, the rooms were very nice and the place was well lit and in a safe area. Thank you.

The check-in staff was awesome and very helpful. Our stay was very pleasant; we stayed the night on New Year’s Eve, it was very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
