A very pleasant short stay at the ASURE Gables Motor Lodge. Plenty of parking space and also near to a great restaurant just 2 mins walk away. Check in process was easy, and the lady at the reception was super friendly.

Arrived at the hotel a little bit late for the check-in, but the reception was very accommodating and still processed for us with a big smile and was very friendly!
Rooms were very clean, complete with AC and heater, towels provided as well.
Laundry avail for use (paid use only and hours apply)
Beds were nice, great amenities! With full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave and washing sink. Cooking utensils and pots pans avail too.
Wasn't expecting much for a motel but this was actually a really great and comfortable stay!
Short 2 to 5min drive to nearest supermarkets and petrol stations

非常好的住宿體驗！設施齊全，乾淨衞生，有你旅途中需要的一切。非常喜歡旅途中入住汽車旅館，方便極了。格雷茅斯如今是個安安靜靜的小城，用心體會，會發現其中的美好。

Gables Motor Lodge was a great stay with clean and tidy motel with quiet units. Great and friendly reception. Good parking out side unit. Adequate kitchen with two element cooking top and microwave. Shower over spa bath and quality linen and comfortable bed. Will stay again next year.

Solo traveler that stayed for one night in Feb’24. Up to this point, Gables Motor Lodge is my favorite accommodation that I’ve stayed in. The room was incredibly clean and they’ve made some updates making the room feel more modern. It did not have a standard air conditioner, but did have an InstaChill fan if needed or you can leave your windows open. The water pressure and temperature were perfect. I enjoyed the area and walked around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very clean, there is at least one restaurant/bar down the main road and a larger grocery store all within walking distance. Gables Motor Lodge is next door to High Park and shares one reception area. Parking is free, with limited spaces. If you’re looking for a place to call home for a night or two, I definitely recommend adding Greymouth and Gables Motor Lodge as a stop to your list.
